She likes me with hair, so to no avail. Thats a lie, its nevermind.

Anyway, detoxing by eating no more fast food, no pop, no msg, et cetera. More veggies, diary, quality protiens.

Last I looked at their ingredients list - HFCS is one of the ingredients -now it might have changed - but my personal -non -expert (read: I don't know a damn thing) opinion, it is something that should be avoided :D

but other than that - -good job so far :D

nicely done coming in under calories :D but ya know, you could have made wings that were healthier than the processed variety :D

and make sure you drink lots of water to counter act all that sodium :D

tootsie rolls are the yummy :D

Those are the totals- excercise didn't happen, but I worked out on Sunday my typical day off, so thats my excuse. That and the blizzard we had yesterday. I actually had a snow day from work....yeah, I know, pretty unbelievable.

Today is going better, in some ways.... yeah.... Tune in about 7:00 est to see the junk I ate today. "Happy valentines dear, I hope you like fat", said the wife.
 
I wasn't aware that the BK Lounge was part of the Detox plan :D

yumm for almonds though :D
