Well done for sticking to the new calorie figure.

I am so pleased that you are seeing some downward movement with the scales. I hope it continues and you are right back down in the 150s where you belong really.

hopefully tomorrow should be a little easier. i always find the first day of a new plan really difficult and then it seems to get easier. as long as i don't decide to have a good binge before bed i should be ok

weight = 162.4 (new scale)

calories = 1500

water = 2.3litres+

Excercise today: 1st March 2008

5 mins bike
10 mins cross-trainer
30 mins ST
20 mins treadmill

total = 65 mins!


i am getting there!

so today i went to this conference with a free buffet thing! controlled myself quite well after my rubbishy week. had about 800 calories by overestimation and still managed to stay within 1500 today. hopefully tomorrow should be a little easier. i always find the first day of a new plan really difficult and then it seems to get easier. as long as i don't decide to have a good binge before bed i should be ok ;).

Sounds like you are doing awesome!! Congrats!! Congrats on figuring out what your body needs in order to lose the weight. I have had a difficult time figuring out what I can and cannot eat! lol but I shall figure it out ...

Hey Angel - thanks for stopping by my diary. We are both 5'6"! I am tracking waist size too and want to get to 32 or 31 (or 30!). At the moment I am at 33". Hope all is well!

thanx Margaret. i really hope i am in the 150s soon. whenever i get there it will be a new low for me in terms of my weightloss and it will be out of he 150s for good!!

thanx NJ. i hope i have found what my body needs and it works! i think we can never completely figure out our bodies..they are just too complicated lol but we can know some things about them and keep learning. that is why this journey never ends i suppose. i hopw i am in the 150s soon. it will be a new low for me and i can't wait!

i'm glad i did those 30mins especially since i very nearly didn't and i upped my speed today aswell! so all in all not a bad session.

i got a lot of uni work done today. more than i had planned to. that always makes my day but i do have to do a lot more because i am losing 2 days this month to a wedding.

yep a wedding on the 30th which means i have to work extra hard so i look a likle different on the day then normal. it is a close relatives wedding so i can't even hide in the background. lol! but it will be good whatever i look like.

thats all for today i think. not in uni tomorrow but got a lot of work to do at home (housework and uniwork) but i hope i find some time for excercise.

hmm i don't know...TM is alot more kinder but that is it and Scalentino...well you know my story with him. i really do have to see him everyday otherwise my day is not complete!!

hmmm i will think about it. i think you'll be surprised. at this moment in time my face is not a pretty sight but i will try my bestest to look good for some pics for you ;)
