Morning Angel! I know you've mentioned it before but I'm too tired to read back through the pages. Where in England are you? My friend Dan just got stationed there and arrived last weekend. He met a nice girl there a few months ago while visiting and they are spending the weekend in Cambridge. I can't remember which town he is stationed in though. He's begging Sean and I to come visit soon.

Sorry the lbs are still there today. Keep up the hard work and they'll come right off.

bicep curl (L) - 4.5kg - 15,12, 10
tricep extension (R) - 3.4kg - 15, 12, 10
tricep extension (L) - 2.3kg - 15,12, 10

also 5mins on bike and 10mins on cross-trainer
 
An earthquake! :eek: I'm glad no one was seriously injured. We had a similar one when I was in uni. I slept right through it. :D

Well, if you hit 154 before the scale change over, you might still be under 160. :)

You're doing very well this week, even if Scalentino isn't being nice to my Angelic One. :)

hey thanx for visiting - i will definitley PM you some - you have helped me so much especially through my first few weeks and also with the spreadsheet and everything. i think you'll be the first one on the list...as soon as i get my hair done and lose an inch or 2. ;)

thanx i'm thinking of giving it another go this weekend. its just that i do 3 days in the week with weights so have to give the body a days rest and that way i run out of days unless i do it on the same day as the weights but then its far too long and i'm an invalid for 2 days like last time. lol! i will work something out though.

yeh it woke me up and my mum and sis. the boys slept through it. wierd. mum woke dad up and he goes to her its just th ewind go to sleep...lol. made me laugh. it was the worst one we have felt down here in 25 years!

i take it you didn't feel it then? people in the north of london did. it must have missed you.

i will. its only 5lb difference now so just hoping i get below 155 and stay in the 150s. got 2 more days to go. i think that means i have been losing just the old scale doesn't want to show it and the sensetive new ones noticing and showing a 2lb loss. but then again what do i know about the world of scales.

haha you joker. the thing id i'mnot too bothered because i know..well i think i know that i am losing inches and the scale is just showing a bunch of numbers which can be affected by athoudand different things. i like the tape measure it rarely lies to me. :D

oh well still at 156 this morning. i think i see a plataeu once again. may have to reconsider my calories or somehting. i'll sort it out when i change scales.

i'm taking a break from the gym today. my muscles are sore today so don't think it's a good idea. might go for a walk later or might not depending on the weather and my mood.

We felt nothing here. I was shocked when I heard about it - you really dont expect things like that to happen in England. We have so few extremes here. Hubby was naughty and said that all of England would be full of husbands asking their wives if the earth had moved for them....

You are doing so well with your ST. I am not surprised that you would feel crippled if you tried to do both that and your DVD.

Scales can be sensitive for all of us. It is annoying the way that you have to have them in exactly the same place. Mine never behave right when I take them to Newcastle - they react to the different locations. Tape measures are a lot more consistent. I only wish that I could get a visible loss with a tape measure as easily as I can with the scale. I get motivated by being able to quantify the fact that changes are taking place.

It can sometimes be worth analysing your food and changing things about a bit. I really didnt want to rework my food plan but I decided that I had to and forced myself to do it. It really seemed to get things moving and now I am so pleased that I did it.

thankyou. i have been playing around with the ST and i think i've got it sorted now. finally. might give the dvd a go tomorrow if i'm feeling brave.haven't done any excercise today so should be ok.

yeh i may have to. i looked over my bmr again today and apparently i've got the whole thing calculated wrong. i need less calories to lose weight. how that happened i have no idea but i will check it out again and get it sorted.

hmmm not a very good day but i am really confused about my calories and excercise and food and everything to do with it! i am going to re-evaluate everything tomorrow and then see where to go from there.

gotta get some excercise in tomorrow aswell. 45mins of it. 30mins will be ST i think. might do the dvd if i'm feeling up to it. otherwise a little cardio never hurt.
