yeh should be. i've been drinking more than 2litres everyday so far need to get 2.3 for challenge. got my water for the day today! 6 more days to go!

Month 2 - WEEK 4 update

weight = 155 (-3)

calories = 1200-1600 (5 days)

water = over 2 litres (6 days)

Exercise = 300 mins total and whole lot of walking around!


week has been good! broke the plateau!!! woohoo!! the scales been moving down since tuesday! can't wait to get below 154(11 stones).

my measure day next friday. i don't think i've lost much inches but i have lost a couple of cm i think! we shall see in a weeks time!

i shall update again next friday after another busy busy week! 10 more days in school to go before i get back to normal. time is flying by. its good in a way!

have a good week. i shall get down to visiting everyone sometime this weekend!

thanx sarah! took 2 months but well worth it!!! i think i do have the odd 10-15mins in the week to just relax before i sleeeep! 2 more weeks to go then i'll be back at uni and an easier lifestyle hehe!

this weeks challenge should be good!

Sorry you got eliminated, Angel. :( The previous week's exercise pts are what did you in, I'm afraid. I'm sure you already know that. The good thing is that you had a great week despite that, and busting through that plateau is marvelous--certainly better than some dumb ole challenge. :D So don't be down--you've done well. :hurray:

I'm sorry you got eliminated from your challenge. I don't join the challenges with the whole point system. I like the challenges that have the weekly weigh ins and we all talk on the thread ..thats a little easier ..and it feels good to lose those few pounds ...

It is absolutely brilliant that you got through the plateau :party: and are on target for your weight loss goals.

Since you are on target - that means that you will be at goal weight for your birthday which is absolutely excellent! July will be such a good month this year and we will have the figures to enjoy it!

I am sorry that you got eliminated - but remember that just about everyone will be eliminated before the end so in time everyone will be fighting it out in the parallel contest which you can now join. Keep on drinking the water and doing the exercise and you should do really well there.

I know that you will be having another busy week. Keep wearing the pedometer for school - you might as well be able to feel good about all the running around that you do there.

Hello Angel, I just noticed today that you had previously posted on my diary. I don't know how I missed it before. I think it is pretty cool that we are right there at the same starting weight and trying to get to the same goal number. I need to weigh myself tomorrow and update my ticker. My weight has been all over the place lately...

I'll be posting more regularly and checking in to see how you are doing as well.

haha busting through that plateau was great. i just hope i don't plateau again anytime soon.

week hasn't been that good weightloss wise but i knew that. am waiting till next week when i can start excercising properly again.

Hi there, I haven't been around much recently, but I wanted to pop in and see how you're doing. Sorry about the elimination, but WELL DONE on breaking through that plateau. Excellent work! :party:
So you're wearing your pedometre at school. Amazing how much trotting around we do, isn't it? Part of my weight gain came when I was off work with the baby - not when I was pregnant with him (in fact, I gained nothing when I was pregnant! he took it all!) but because I took a couple of years off to look after him, I was just so... static. I just wasn't moving! So running around at school, between desks, back and forwards to the board, up and down stairs... it all helps.

thanx maragret! i can't wait till july now i know i am losing regularly. that plateau was horrible. i hope i don't see another one soon! i'm gonna get back to excercising next week just to make sure that i lose inches as well as pounds. i feel horrible this week cos i haven't excercised much apart from the walking around in school! my legs look better but my stomache looks horrible.

do a good job in the individual phase of the challenge. i'm sure you got through!
