Hi Angel

Sorry that I havent visited your diary in just over a week. I have just been so busy.

I have read through what I have missed and you have been really busy too.

It is great that you put in a synopsis of the week's results. You got a great loss. When you combine that with the fact that your inches were nicely down when you measured (1.4 inches I think) - you really are doing so well.

You have tight control of your calories and are doing so well with your water.

You should wear your pedometer while you are teaching. OK - time spent teaching will not count for the challenge. But it will all help you to lose weight. Sometimes we all benefit from being able to quantify that additional exercise. We see the counter and think - "I didnt think that I did any exercise today - but I did x steps which is quite a lot of exercise so I do deserve to lose weight". It helps us to feel good about ourselves.

I am sorry that you are feeling so tired - although it is good that you are going to bed early when you are tired. Some people stay up until their normal time and just get to feel more and more ill. Is it worth you taking a multivitamin? I believe that I eat a pretty healthy balanced diet so in all honesty shouldnt be missing out on any important vitamins - but I still take a multivitamin to be on the safe side.

Have a good weekend.

Take care
Love

no worries...i totally understand! lol!

thanx - i hve come home at times and realised i am well below the calories i dhould be having and just about manage about 1200 or so. i eat so much less while i am in school,...don't get time. but water i drink sooo much...i always have a bottle with me. 1 of the kids goes to me - miss why are you always drinking water. and believe me if he noticed means i am drinking plenty.

i do need to wear my pedometer. i did on monday and then it came off suring the day. after that i didn't really bother. but i will i think this week.

lol beloieve me i need the sleep. i feel a lot better today and yesterday. i think it is more the mental tiredness than anything else. its crazy how much you can worry about others. i might look into those multivitamins. i'm pretty sure i need iron because i've been on the border of anemic for a while.

thanx for popping in during your busy scedule MARGARET. i'm sue you are doing fine. have a good weekend yourself.

Hi Angel

It is great that you are eating less when you are at school. It is not really that long ago when you were finding the days at school difficult because you were keeping being tempted with biscuits and other goodies.

Well done!

Do take a multivitamin. If your iron is low it will not help. We are currently taking Centrum performance - but we have taken Boots own make. Hubby thinks that Centrum performance are better.

Have a good Sunday.
Take care

i just realised i did an extra 45 mins of excercise last week which i never added to the challenge! can't believe it!

i have found these 10 minute workout cards which i bought ages ago. i'm doing them evry hour or so so i should get quite a bit of excercise time in today. must get 300mins in this week.

have a good week everyone!

You are doing an awesome job, especially for being so darn busy. Keep it up! That's funny about the kid asking about the water, hehe!

Hi there, I've been looking back at some of your posts. I didn't realise that you're a teacher. I wore my pedometre for the first time at school last week - Friday I think - and I was amazed at how many steps it counted! I've always been one of those teachers that wanders around the class, looking over shoulders, giving a nudge or a kick up the whatsit (!), and I've always felt tired at the end of the day, but I assumed it was mental fatigue. Now I know - it's physical! I'm going to continue wearing my pedometre in class (although the kids are going to wonder what's hit them as I go buzzing around from desk to desk!!!)

Good luck for this week. Keep drinking, you're doing well!

Hi Angel

I dont go to Asda but am certain that Asda will have some multivitamins - and I would get whatever they have. Then you can start taking them and get the benefit of them. I dont like to think of you low on iron. It cannot help you feel well.

Its a shame that you didnt add all the exercise that you did for the challenge - but what is done is done. All you can do is try not to make the same mistake again.

The good thing is that your body knows that you did the exercise so it will be eroding away those pounds and inches because of it.

Take care

Hi Angel

I presume that you are rushed off your feet because I havent spotted you for a few days.

I hope that things are going well for you.

Even though you are on another team for the challenge - I hope that you are exercising well and losing weight.
