It looks like things are going pretty good with you. I know how hard it is to count calories all of the time, I really really hate doing it. lol, but its something that needs to be done. Just keep doing what you're doing, you'll be there in no time. :D

Ate 1400 today and did 400 in the Gym (on treadmill alone) so another GREAT day! I can splurge a little so I get over the 1200 (safe) calorie zone.

PS - November Challenge has started! 10 Pounds to lose!
 
Just over 1200 cals for today but still need to eat supper: Will make it Fruit/Light Meal. Did 400 cals on the Treadmill as well as some Weight Training and Situps.

5th day of Gym in a row! I'm feeling great!
 
You've been doing so great on your calories and working out! You have a lot of ambition! I don't know how you do the calories but I plan mine out at the beginning of the day so I know exactly how many I'm going to have, anyway, you're doing so good, keep it up!

I sorta know what has how many calories by now, so I just plan it as I go along. I lose the urge to eat when I know I'm over 1000, you know?

You're going to get those 10lbs off in November in no time especially if you keep on the track you've been on. Great job on the counting and gym workouts :)

Don't forget to make time to rest!! You're body needs a break to rebuild muscle. You're doing fantastic!! Good luck tomorrow at weigh in!! :D:D:D
 
I have decided that I will rest every Tuesday, to give my body some time to relax and recover. Thanks pequin!

Anyway, so on Day 9, did the same as usual, 400 cals on the Treadmill with other exercise.

But now the Weigh In! This is quite scary (and awesome): I weighed in at 81,0 kgs! Thats 4 pounds lighter than at the end of October! Scary, but awesome stuff! I will continue eating well and working hard. I will eat a little more because consistently losing this much is a very bad thing. I will just gain it back in a short time if I don't slow down.

I have now lost over 11 kgs this year! Thats over 25 Pounds!

I am very happy, need to just keep it up till my beach holiday.
 
Ok, I HAD to Gym today. I know I said it would be my day off, but I couldn't NOT go. Reason? I ate 2 Slices of a Rich-Desert, along with a chocolate and some biscuits! Thats a lot of calories excluding my meals!

So I did...
7km @ 9.5km.h (I know!) = 611 Calories on Treadmill
100 Situps (4x25)
210 Weight Reps

So, my stats:
1892 Taken In Throughout the Day
- 611 From Gym
1281 Total
EDIT: Just under 1700 after supper!

But I still have to eat Supper! I'll make it a light fruity meal. I was so cross with myself, today was meant to be my day off, but it was the hardest workout I have had ever! I know some of you may think I'm being obsessive, but I have a full Gym at my house so its easy to go do something.
