Anyway, so on Day 9, did the same as usual, 400 cals on the Treadmill with other exercise.
But now the Weigh In! This is quite scary (and awesome): I weighed in at 81,0 kgs! Thats 4 pounds lighter than at the end of October! Scary, but awesome stuff! I will continue eating well and working hard. I will eat a little more because consistently losing this much is a very bad thing. I will just gain it back in a short time if I don't slow down.
I have now lost over 11 kgs this year! Thats over 25 Pounds!
I am very happy, need to just keep it up till my beach holiday.
