Total: 50 Points

Disappointed that I didn't exersize for 2 whole days, but worked hard today.

Actually I have to break this myth, dark chocolate has just as much fat and sugar and calories as normal. But it does make you feel better :D
 
Not at all, i eat chocolate regularly - just means go easy on other foods. Have a salad for dinner to save on calories and then have chocolate after :)
 
I quit buying chocolate bars with all the other crap in them. I have one jersey milk here for "emergencies";) . I just divided up the squares, and had 3 squares after supper one day; fit it into my daily calories. Man, was it worth the wait:D
 
Thanks for the advice! But I need to cut out Chocolate.

The first week didn't go as well as planned.......

I did 138 out of an expected 250+ points.......
But I've been ill with Flu since Saturday night to I can't really exersize, besides tennis today.

Did a weigh-in today, and I am currently at 85,5kgs, which implies a 0,6kg loss over the week. I know I can do better, but I am not complaining.
 
Hey guys! Took a few days off sick!
Ah! This is harder than last time!

But did 40 Points worth of Exersize today....
4km Run on Treadmill
3x30 Weights Sets
125 Situps
500 Skips
Close to 3 Hours of Tennis too......

So a good day!
 
Hey Everyone! Just did a Weigh-In and after two weeks I'm down to 85kgs.....so I've lost over 2 Pounds which is good I guess!
Now kicking into heavy exersize mode....had a bad eating weekend but dedicated now!

10kgs to go!

Here is a summary of what I did today:
200 Situps
8km on the Treadmill
800 Skips
(72 Points on my points system)

So a great day for me, hope everyone is progressing well and thanks for the comments and support!
