Hi again everyone!
I'm back from my vacation in Europe and yes, I put on a few kg's again
But oh well, I have 13 weeks in which I am going to be working hard to reach my goal I set at the beginning of the year.
At the moment I weigh 86.1kgs and I want to weigh 75kgs. As you may remember I was at 81,9kgs once, so I can do so if I put my mind to it!
This time I am working on a points system with regards to exersize.
aka.
5 Points per KM I jog
10 Points for 500 skips
2 Points for every 25 Situps
etc.
Today I officially started and just did 38 points, along with weights, which do not count on the points system I made up.
I am aiming for 38 every day, i.e 266 Points a week. To lead to a total of 3458 points in the whole diet. I just want to make sure I do AT LEAST 250 points a week, but that is only if I have been very lazy. 266 a week is my goal.
