I have to admit I'm shocked that I hit the 10lb mark so easily. 10lbs in 14 days, without doing much at all. I really haven't been exercising as much as I know I should be, and I haven't been strict with the types of food I eat, just more aware of how much I'm eating. I also haven't been drinking as much water as I would like to.
But this does give me a little bit more motivation, which I've been seriously lacking. 10lbs down, 73 more to go. I'm about 1/8th of the way there!
