Sorry I haven't been updating much. We just had a friend move in with us so it's been a bit hectic. I've also been trying to weigh myself a little less so it's not the sole thing I'm focused on. I haven't been able to start my videos yet, I want to do them when the roommate is at work, or otherwise not home.

I have, however, started replacing bread in my sandwiches with lettuce. It's far fewer calories and it tastes amazing. :)

Guess lettuce wraps are helping? Working all day today, then raiding tonight.
I've also started doing 20 bridges and 20 crunches before bed.

Lowest I've been since I started paying attention to my weight! I guess I sort of lied about not weighing myself every day, I wasn't able to last long not seeing the numbers. Instead I'm trying to not worry about the daily numbers, just the weekly ones.
 
Congratulations on reaching your new lowest weight.
Low carb sandwiches are clearly the way forward. Make sure you're eating enough though?
 
You're right, the weekly ones are the ones that show your actual trends. Looks like just that added bit of strength training is getting you into the calorie deficit! Keep it up! :D

Wondering if I was standing on my scale weird or something. Definitely ate well yesterday, though I didn't do more than my crunch/bridge combo. Well, this is why I'm not caring about dailies!

Totally had a rough day yesterday, including comfort ice cream from my mom. At least it was soft serve?

I knew that ice cream was a bad idea!

I've done the turbo jams ones a little bit. It's hard to keep up. I'm waiting for the turbo fire until I can do jams. I'm also restricted to when the roommate isn't home, which hasn't been much. :( I've only done it a few days.
