I couldn't do that. It would drive me crazy! Half way through the week i'd be so paranoid that i've put weight on. And then if I did weigh myself once a week and I actually put weight ON, then i'd REALLY be paranoid about what I eat.
Weights are confusing me now though. I weighed myself this morning and then I ate 200 calories exactly, and I put on 1.2lbs.
It's fun!
As long as I lose weight week to week, I don't mind so much. I keep a record in my little black book every day, so when I do put weight on I can simply look back seven days and see that I weighed more then.
Although I do now weigh 3lbs more than I did one week ago. Which doesn't help.
