That's just some of the bottled stuff I can think of that I currently have. That doesn't count salsas, wasabi, pickled dried frozen and fresh peppers. I'm obsessed with hot food.
As far as the formulas go. Mr.Vee has his spreadsheet all set up to just plug in the measurements. Belly is measured at the widest part at to one inch above the navel and the neck measurement is taken just below the adam's apple. There is a link to the Naval measurements above in a previous post of mine.
