Pathetic i know, Although this is only the heaviest iv lifted so far, i did get 2 reps with it. So it will be slightly more. Also iv put some weight on after my holiday... Cardio has been non-existant so thats why im so fat ATM :D

So this is supposed to be a 1 rep max lift? Hmmm I don't know if I would want to try to figure that out...I'm doing 115x10 which is .60 for me...hmmm
 
Did this ever happen to anyone... I benched 215 for 10 reps pretty smoothly yesterday I weigh bout 195, its funny cause i barely benched 205 for 10 reps two weeks ago. That was weird

Almost a 1.0! Infact it could be as i could be lighter from the 222lbs i weighed in on saturday.

lol...whats your question? I was just bumping the thread to get my question answered

the question was, is this number that we post supposed to be a 1 rep max lift? If so, then I will unlikely try it. Shoulders don't like me as is.

New to this forum so hello and as of right now ....

I weigh 149 and i bench pressed on free weights 185 a full rep by myself and one with a lil bit of help ... ( used to only get around 145)
