You forgot the disclaimer! I'll post mine up next time I bench. I do have a max number now but I didn't have BW at that time. Besides I'm not that happy with it. :p

Just wait till I'm done my 6 weeks of dumbbell bench press/ dips. :) I had never done them before so my bench press should skyrocket after I'm done. I straight bench pressed for 4 monthes and wandered why my bench press wouldn't increase
 
Current 1RM is 175. And I weigh 152
So thats 1.15
But it's been a while, and since then my bench has improved. so I will re test it

Hehe, alright i'm doing being smartarse and i'm gonna get my numbers in nice and early. This way i can say i was in the top 5 for at least a short period of time.

just look in my log, I benched 220 last time I went heavy (I suck at benching :()
I usually like waiting til the end of a cut by checking numbers and posting since that's when I'm strongest compared to my BW.
