okay, so I've been MIA lately. Sorry for that. Things around here are just insane lately.
I've been eating well and doing 5 miles a day plus a bit of pilates and crunches and such.
Still at 195.5, I think this might be the beginning of another plateau, not sure though but I'm going to kill myself with exercise today and eat a bit more than usual.
Wednesday my best friend, Kelley came back from California.
So last night, my second family(Kelley's family), David and myself all went out to dinner as a bit of a welcome home for Kelley seeing as how we all haven't seen her in about 2 months.
We all went out to red robin (my old workplace) and I have to say that I did very well. I got a burger but ate less than half of it and ate all my fries which was like 9. Oh, and of course I only had water (all I drink now).
After having a blast at dinner with my second family David, Kelley and I went to good old walmart. I had to get some sports bras and a kitchen scale. Picked up some awesome pink sports bras, and got a scale but it's super craptastic. it just doesn't weigh correctly so I'm gonna return it soon.
I'm going to try and come by more often, it probably won't be everyday like it used to be but it'll definitely be more than once a week. I've just had a lot going on and it's always been hard for me to juggle a lot of things at once. I feel bad because I'm way far behind on how you all have been doing but I promise I'll catch up soon. I haven't forgotten you all!!!
for now though, I need to go work out and grab some lunch. I hope that everyone is doing great!!!!
