Yesterday I didn't get to do both pilates and tae bo because my sister ended up coming over. Right as she got here I had just finished pilates. Oh well, at least I got something in.
Later on I started making dinner. The meat experience wasn't too bad. They tasted amazing so it was worth it. I guess I just gotta keep touching meat to get over my fear, kinda like exposure therapy.
I ended up making raspberry blackberry crumble. I haven't tasted it yet but it smelled awesome when it was cooking.
Before I went to bed I did 10 more minutes of pilates, 60 crunches, 30 leg lifts and 30 push ups.
Today I slept in really really late. I woke up at around noon as compared to my usual 7-8am.

oh well, guess my body needed the sleep.
Weighed myself, 199lbs. Hoping tomorrow I'll be less. That would be rad.
Sat around for a bit, ate a light lunch which was a bit of left over pasta. Let the food settle a little bit and then did some exercise. I did 40 min pilates, 15 of which was a pilates energy boost thing, 60 crunches, 40 leg lifts and 40 push ups. I'll probably end up doing some more exercise later too but right now I gotta go do dishes. fuuuuuun.
