Hi ladies!
Sorry I haven't been on here much the past few days. I've been in a bit of a slump. Just kinda depressed lately but I'm sure I'll be outta the rut soon.
Anyway, kept up my good eating the past few days which is a big accomplishment because whenever I get depressed I either starve myself or over eat. Kept up the exercising. Did a lot of pilates and tae bo. Played some baseball with David. So I guess despite the mood I did fairly well.
Still stuck at 199 so I think today I'll spike my calories and kick up the exercise.
I'm gonna go do some tae bo, pilates, crunches and all that good stuff after checking out every ones diaries. Hope everyone is well!!

I always hated when I forgot to take them in the AM and had to take them at night cause I'd be up for hours. lol. Hope you got to bed at a decent hour.
