Hi elle, How are you doing? I see you have a little puppy. Sorry you don't get to see him that often. I have 3 dogs at my house which i still call puppies and they are almost 7 years old. they are far from being puppies too i couldn't pick them up if i wanted to. they weigh between 60-90 lbs. anyways hope your weekend was good and that your week is just as good.

I've been pretty good. Busy, but still definitely good. :] how bout you? It's stinky not seeing the puppy all the time but I have a "puppy" (5 year old puppy. lol) here at my house, so she keeps me busy. :) What kind of dogs do you have? I'd love a big dog but my dog and cat would completely hate it, they're spoiled as it is and one more dog in the mix would make them seriously jealous. :p

This weekend was actually pretty decent. I ate really well which was awesome. But my weight kept fluctuating. I'm currently at 201 lbs. but I'm hoping that tomorrow I'll be 200 because I did a TON of cleaning and rearranging which completely wore me out. If not though I think the scale will be regretting it. lol. Onderland needs to come soon, I'm so close yet it feels so far away.

Yay to not being a "Newb" anymore!! :jump: Sad that the little things make me happy. lol.

David and I went to walmart to pick up a coaxial cable today and while we were there I figured we'd check out the exercise section. David bought me a tae bo dvd and a jump rope. I used to do tae bo everyday when I was fit and I loved it so I'm pretty excited to do it tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be a lot harder than it was seeing as how I'm about 70lbs. heavier now lol. And as for the jump rope, I just like jump ropes as cheesy as it is.

It's funny to think that when I was 130 I thought that I was fat. I could kick myself for it now.

my tv broke which is super crappy. Luckily I have an extra one but I'm still pissed.

Oh yeah, I sprained 3 of my toes today. I pretty they're not broken cause I can move them but they are in excruciating pain and swollen. They sure as hell feel like they're broken though. I don't even remember specifically when I hurt them but I did whack my feet a lot today moving furniture. Oh well, nothing can be done about hurt toes though. I'll live. :]

I'm pretty beat so I think I'm gonna head to bed. Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!

The toes are feeling a ton better today. Still sore but definitely not as bad as they were feeling. :)

I didn't get a chance to do tae bo yesterday because I completely forgot that I had planned to hang out with a friend that is leaving for Chili in about a week. I did get some exercise running her horses around with her though. Today though I'm gonna attempt and do tae bo. lol. We'll see how that goes. :p

Still at 200.5 today. Hopefully in a few days I'll be down to 199. I've lost a total of 12lbs in 20 days. I'm amazingly surprised and really excited.

David and I are thinking of doing a boxing class once I get my weight down a bit more. I've always wanted to box and not to mention that there's a super awesome pair of pink everlast boxing gloves that I want. Plus, some money goes to breast cancer which is what David's mother died from and my grandmother had it. So I think they'd be a good investment. :)

Okay well I'm gonna go exercise even though I really don't feel like it today. meh! Hope everyone is doing well!!!

So I did some working out. Which I can safely say kicked my booty. I did 30 minutes of mixed pilates & yoga. Then did the tae bo dvd which is 46 mins long. The pilates and yoga wasn't so much what killed me, it was that damn Billy Blanks. Good god that man is insane. I couldn't do all of the kicks because my knee can't handle me standing only on it while kicking and moving around, it gets really weak. So I did about 50% of them in each set for that leg. Other than that, it was great. :)

After working out I ate lunch which was a left over italian sausage in a flour tortilla with ketchup, mustard and relish. With a golden kiwi on the side. Pretty yummy.

Now I'm sitting here procrastinating. I should be doing laundry, instead I'm watching flavor of love reruns on vh1. Oh well, I'll get it done sometime today. :p

Just think only a few weeks ago you might not have been able to finish the whole tae bo even at 50% for your one knee.

Tae bo kicks my tail, too. And jump roping is an insanely good workout. It always amazes me that jumping up and down is not that hard, but add the rope and you are breathing hard in seconds.

He is so in love with himself and he's not even cute! And wtf is up with his damn clocks and viking horns? What a fackin' dropkick! haha yeeees! I got the jump rope remembering only how fun it used to be and then when I used it the other day I realized that it's more than fun and I can definitely feel it. Thanks for the encouragement Amber!!

Weighed myself just a few minutes ago when I woke up and as I was standing on the scale I was thinking to myself 'pleaaaaaase let me be in onderland, pleaaaaase dammit!'. And ya know what?...

I'M IN ONEDERLAND!

I weigh 199.5lbs!
It felt so good to see my weight begin with a '1' rather than a '2'. I haven't seen it say that in awhile. It makes me feel like my goal isn't so far away now. I know it's still 64.5lbs away but it just feels closer! :jump:

Today marks week 3 since I started this whole journey and I've lost 13lbs so far. I'm pretty excited at my progress and if I keep this pace and don't hit a super stupid plateau, I'll be losing this weight in no time.

Well, I'm going to go get some cheerios, then sit for a bit. Once the good ole' food settles I'll do some tae bo and then some pilates. I plan on getting my ass kicked today and ya know what? It's gonna be awesome!
