Thank you lovely! Won't be updating again till Friday then might not be able to update again till the following Saturday as I'll be on holiday but if I can come on here on my Blackberry I will. Might help me resist temptation on holiday too!
Might come back with a new tattoo. Have two already but want another one! Maybe something small behind my ear. Anyone else have tatts?

I'm back early but yesterday all I ate was a pizza and today I had a chinese and an icecream and a bit of cake but wooaaah am I stuffed! I couldn't eat all of the chinese and thats saying something for me. I left half of it.
Back to normal tomorrow then holiday on Saturday. I will be good damn it!
Tomorrow will be porridge and lots of veg!

On a side note my Blackberrys here woop woop! Just messing about with it now can add nutrition stuff its soo coool! So I'll be able to check in while I'm on holiday. Might help me stay motivated!
Anyways we will see. I'll weigh myself Saturday morning before I go. To scared to weigh in tomorrow lol.

My stomach feels as expected but should be back to normal by tomorrow.
Need some ideas for what I can cook today. I'm reaaaally tempted to have my Country Crisp cereal for lunch. I've cut down from having it everyday. The last time was on Saturday! So thats a small triumph and I need the fibre - 6g
If not I'll make this

as it has 8g of fibre! Not really feeling pea's today though so I dunno. And don't know if I have an fish fingers.
I'll have beans on toast with wholemeal toast for dinner. Been having this alot lately.
And I'll snack on an apple and some prune juice - this should definitely help!

So a rough estimate of the fibre I should be getting today

4g - Porridge
6g - Cereal
5g - Apple
9g - Baked Beans on Wholemeal Toast

That would put me bang on the RDA :D
Should really have some more veg in there but theres not much in the fridge as we go on holiday tomorrow.
 
Had a lazy lunch - went for the cereal but its oats and full of fibre so not all bad.
I feel really irritable today.
I'm gonna end up posting quite a few times cause I'm bored and already packed to go away so have little to do until later.
Trying to think about what I might be eating this week. I'm really gonna try and balance things out. I know already we will eat out at least once a day but I should still be able to make healthy choices. E.g. if we go out for breakfast I could have beans on toast or scrambled egg. Lunch could be some fresh fish with salad, sandwich or lean meat and for dinner I'll go for options with alot of veg.
Three treats I will definitely allow myself are a cheeseburger and chips, Fish and Chips and hot donuts - I'll be by the seaside! But I can only have these once and I'm there for 7 days so as long as I'm good for the rest of the day when I have these shouldn't make to much of an impact.
I already know Sunday we will go out for Sunday Lunch so I'll have Porridge for breakfast and then Sunday Lunch and that will be it. I'm really not gonna go overboard. I remember last year being in terrible pain from a week of not so great eating and don't wanna repeat that again!
Gonna take an apple for the journey.
I've got my dad into Prune Juice now and he loves it! So I'll have a glass of that a day and stock up on fruit to snack on. I'm also gonna try some different fish as we will be right by the sea :D
Ohh and I'll end up doing alot more exercise this week which should also help to balance things out. Each morning I'll get up and go for a walk along the beach then we will be walking around during the day to various places.
I apologize for my ramblings today - there will be a few of them to keep me occupied.
 
Feeling better than earlier. Being bloated was making me feel really irritable but tomorrows a new day and it was a decent day food wise. Feeling like this so close to going on holiday will really help stop me eating crap.
Its weird when I was younger (and alot chubbier) I could eat whatever I wanted - never ate fruit or veg - and I was hardly ever bloated. Don't really get it? Now I have to be so careful about what I eat.
My main weakness is my sweet tooth. I can easily stop eating a main meal but once I get sugar I find it hard to stop! I'm ok with having just 1 or 2 biscuits with me tea but when it comes to proper dessert YIKES!
So thats my big challenge for the week. Three desserts max! I'm gonna try my absolute hardest and just think about how crap I feel now.
I'll always have my porridge as I always eat as soon as I wake up - I'm to impatient! Although this is probably a good thing.

Goals for my Holiday
3 Obviously Fatty Meals Max! As listed in previous post.
3 Desserts Max!
Lots of walking.
Only drink wine - 3 glasses max at any one time.

Won't really drink but incase I do thought I should add the last one in. Going away with the family so its hardly a clubbing holiday.

Ohh and I have CalorieCount on my Blackberry so if I'm really worried about the calories of something I can check :D
 
I've thought about it and realized the only reason I wouldn't be able to eat healthily is the temptation - with the exception of the fish and chip restaurant.
The first few days in Tenerife I ate clean - lots of grilled fish, veg and salad. So I'm pretty confident I can be good. Its when it gets about half way I start to struggle and then think what the hell for the rest of the holiday - but not this time :D
This is gonna be one of the biggest challenges for me so I'm really psyching myself up to do well!
Had porridge this morning for breaky. Gonna get some apples and maybe some other fruit for the journey and then we will probably go for lunch. We will be eating out for dinner aswell as I've already been informed. So I'll either have a big meal for lunch and something really small for dinner or vice versa. Probably the first option. I prefer eating bigger meals earlier in the day and having something light in the evening. Today however there will be no desserts! And I will pick the healthiest options. I'm sure I can stick to this small goal and will do this each morning so I know whether to allow myself a treat or not which should stop me spontaneously bingeing.
And I'll always make sure I have fruit on me so if I get hungry between meals I will snack on that.

I totally understand what you mean by wanting to give up at the half way point, but stay strong! hehehe, you and I both know it's totally worth it.....

Yeah, fruits is the best stomach filler! and it's so goooooood for you!
 
Hey aww thanks for your post :) I'm gonna look at it when I feel weak! Did well today. Had chicken salad for lunch and chicken tikka for dinner. Tomorrow we are having a roast dinner - lots of veg! Getting up early to walk along the beach and going to the circus :D walked loads today and this will be the same all week. No dessert today and none tomorrow but will allow myself Monday. Ciao for now!
 
Quite proud of myself today.
Got up early went for a walk.
Got back had porridge for breaky.
Walked round the shops then had a turkey roast dinner - didn't have dessert!
Went to the circus then the pier - resisted all sweets!
Got home had one slice of wholemeal toast + PB
And here I am now.
Absolutely nackered but not hungry. The dinner was huge!
So proud I resisted sweets all weekend :)
Bought a bag of pick and mix but haven't eaten it. Ill snack on it slowly during the week.
Only prob is haven't had a bowel movement - sorry - but I had a lot of veg and some prune juice this morning. Will have a big glass when I wake up if I feel that bad.
Not sure what food will be tomorrow - probs fish and chip shop.

Won't be able to pick a very healthy dinner but hopefully eating good for the rest of today compensates for that.
Have strawberries to snack on if I get peckish.
Mother nature still hasn't called so if nothing happens before tonight I'll be popping a few pills!
Still had no sweets but if I really want some today I can. Not craving though.
 
Hey guys just a little update.
Kinda had my 3 binge days now so todays good from now on.
It was mainly two but I did have a few biscuits monday so won't hurt to count that.
Just had my porridge.
Will probs have a sandwich for lunch or salad.
We are going out for dinner but I'll pick the healthiest choice and no dessert.
Going to the beach soon. Then shopping woop! Then watching fireworks tonight :D
Still walking lots - have no choice - but I like it.

Hey lol thats ok I get it alot :)

I'm finally home and despite not the greatest eating habits, it appears there hasn't been too much damage done. Well not compared to Tenerife anyway. Probably because instead of eating out three times I would have my breakfast then have a mega binge for lunch and then that would be it. I also had to enlist the help of some laxatives so basically my stomach isn't feeling too heavy. I'll take them again tonight just to clear me out as I still feel a bit uncomfortable.
Tomorrow back to normal which I'm looking forward to. Its tiring trying to eat healthy while being at a fish and chip shop! - Now I can get back to making my own choices. Probably only for 2 weeks though as I'll have a lot going on..again!

27th - 31st Reading Festival
1st - 9th Bulgaria
11th - 14th Bestival

And in the next two weeks I will most probably be at the boyfriends at some point.
Busy Busy Busy!!

So as you can see, I'm literally gonna have a few hours and one day spare in 3 weeks! Don't get me wrong I can't wait! But I don't know how it will affect my weight. Those three weeks will involve a bucketload of alcohol and not too sure in the ways of food - probably little but not the greatest quality. Anyways hopefully it balances itself out and I'll be constantly be busy which will be good to a certain extent.

Ohh and I got another tattoo today!
Its a black star behind my ear kind of on my neck. Already have a daisy on my hip and red heart on my wrist. They're so addictive! If I do want another one now I'm not gonna let myself till in 21 or I'll end up covered!
 
Feeling pretty good, especially after taking some Dulcolax. Can finally start getting some proper fibre in me again - and eating well!
Had porridge for breakfast and a slice of wholemeal toast with PB just now.
Gonna go check what's in the fridge that I can wip up for lunch now and will have baked beans on toast for dindins.
Will snack on some apples and strawberries later.

I think the last week has strangely really helped me.
Maybe it was the walking or something, but I feel kind of toned and my belly doesn't appear to be sticking out much more than normal.
Based on this though I'm gonna try and be more active. I'm never gonna be someone who does cardio religiously every day but I'll try and move about more in general.
Like now I made myself go do some Yoga which I was gonna leave till tomorrow and ended up doing 20 minutes.
Tomorrow I'm gonna do more Yoga and tidy up all my stuff that was brought back from Uni - should take me a good hour.
Just made a cup of green tea with citrus - its yum! And then gonna chill out reading New Moon and if I'm not tired after that gonna watch a British series called the Tudors - looks good.
 
After posting last night I was so tired I went to bed within about 20 minutes - dunno why?
Have a few to do's today.

-Yoga
-Clean up my uni stuff
-Make some humous - first time!

And obviously eat well - but this is more of a habit now rather than something I have to make myself do.
I'm looking forward to making humous as I love the stuff and would be good if I could start making it regularly instead of buying it. I love it with hot wholemeal pita bread :)

I recommend lifting..heavy.

So for dumbbells, whereever you're going to purchase them, try to do a set of 20 reps with 5lbs.

If those are NOT challenging, I recommend not buying them. Yeah, you might think for "toning" they would be great, but honestly, your muscles will NOT be burning if it's too easy for them.

I recommend purchasing a pair of 8lbs and 10lbs. If you can do 10lb dumbbell anything (curls, kickbacks, lifts, pushbacks), imo, you're strong!

At your tiny weight, 8lbs might seem a bit heavy, but I can almost guarantee you that you WILL see muscle and decrease fat.
