Haha goals for yesterday did not get achieved!
Still had 1200 calories and lots of water but I almost always do that.
So carrying them over for today. Basically I went into town with my friend and we walked around for a bit, then spent the rest of the night chatting with my flatmates in the living room. So at least I got exercise in regardless.
Halloween starts tonight at uni, an excuse for a big weekend for the majority. I'm only going out tonight and don't wanna drink a lot so will just have one or two and then dance the night away with the girls and guys. Then gonna go home tomorrow to have a night in with the family. If I don't wanna spend the weekend doing homework I have to do it today!
 
I thought tonight might be a challenge because we are having takeaway.
However I've decided to have chinese and have a chicken chop suey which from looking online should be between 350-400 calories woop woop! Never tried it before but I'm pretty sure I'd like it.

So far today I've had about 565 calories so assuming it will be 400 that leaves me with about 235 so I can have another snack before dinner later. Probably some cereal which I'll need cause we wont eat till about 7.
So hopefully this is right and doesn't affect me :)

I just broke up with my boyfriend. By text.
I know thats a horrible way to end it and I feel like a complete bitch. I tried saying it to his face but I just couldn't.

Thank you. It seems to be the opposite, I don't have much of an appetite.
I'm not sad because we broke up, but just because I feel bad hurting him.
