Thought this would be good motivation for me, to keep track of what i'm eating and fitness as well
I haven't weight myself but I plan to do that tomorrow morning once I get up and my plan is to lose 1kg a week starting today and my aim is to get to 80kg, I have eaten really good today and we plan to take the dog for a walk to the football oval tonight.
I really wanted to go on my treadmill but its 39 degrees here today so thought a walk might be a little nicer in this heat!
My starting weight previous to this journal was 107.7kg and I got myself down to 97kg but unsure of what i weight now after christmas hopefully I haven't done to much damage
breakfast
60 grm of low fat muesli
125ml of semi skim milk
1x apple
1x coffee
snack
2 x corn thins
lunch
very small portion of homemade lasagne w/ garden salad
snack
1 banana
2x cruskits
dinner
fillet mignon
w/stir fry veg
