Tasha's journey to a slimmer me :)

Thought this would be good motivation for me, to keep track of what i'm eating and fitness as well

I haven't weight myself but I plan to do that tomorrow morning once I get up and my plan is to lose 1kg a week starting today and my aim is to get to 80kg, I have eaten really good today and we plan to take the dog for a walk to the football oval tonight.
I really wanted to go on my treadmill but its 39 degrees here today so thought a walk might be a little nicer in this heat!

My starting weight previous to this journal was 107.7kg and I got myself down to 97kg but unsure of what i weight now after christmas hopefully I haven't done to much damage :)

breakfast
60 grm of low fat muesli
125ml of semi skim milk
1x apple
1x coffee

snack
2 x corn thins

lunch
very small portion of homemade lasagne w/ garden salad

snack
1 banana
2x cruskits

dinner
fillet mignon
w/stir fry veg

SOunds like you are doing really well, I find the motivation and support here really great, so hopefully you will too.

The only advice I would have is to keep doing what you are doing, it seems to be working well.
 
to add to my eating from yesturday I also had a small tub of 98% fat free yogurt with mixed frozen berries yummmm

weighed in today and I weigh 100kg even :( so disapointing but it could be ALOT worse so will weigh in every friday my goal for next weigh in 99kg.

I took some photos that I would like to post of myself but unsure if we are aloud to as i'm in my underwear? so that I have more motivation to keep going is that ok? will post my food ect a bit later :)
 
the thing to consider with posting underwear pics is that this is an open forum, so it won't just be members that see them.

cup or tea w/skim milk and sweetner

lunch
small serve of lasagne w/ salad

will be 2 x cruskits
1x banana

fresh fish cooked on the bbq with seasoning

dont know about excersise yet as its 42 degrees here today so think I might just gym it tomorrow :)
 
You could also go for a good walk - keep up the pace and you'll not only burn lots of calories, but you'll keep warm as well.
 
Maybe a swim would be better :) 42 degrees Celsius I think mrxian :)

Yeah big heat wave been a hot 45 Celsius here today lots of bad fires :/

Earlier today I download a app called couch to 5k so with the cooler change that came in I started that......

Just had some yogurt and berries as our dessert and dinner wasn't fish we had a BBQ instead with salad :)

Breakfast
60g muesli

4 fresh strawberries

Lunch
2 cruskits
Sml smear of French onion dip instead of butter
2 sml homemade meatballs
1 homegrown tomatoe

Dinner
Serve of roast lamb
2 small potatoes
Serve of coleslaw

Snacks
2 cruskits
1 sml can of tuna
Teaspoon of mayo

Did day 2 of the couch to 5 k app boy it was hard but I completed it

haha thanks Truslver a cracker 41 here for the next 2 days

yesturday add some yogurt and frozen berries as well

I don't think i'm consuming enough calories? according to my fitness pal yesterday I consumed 1148 cal but burnt 684 with my walking and a message came up that i'm not consuming enough?
kind of confused how can I add more into my diet without eating bigger meals?
 
You also sound right on track. Just keep going. We only had a couple really hot days down SW VIC. but there is a massive fire just out the road we are keeping an eye on.

Mustang77 we have a lot of smoke here in SA today that is coming from the fires over there :( hope everyone stays safe
