Girl, You know 800 cal is way too low. It might be just counterproductive and won't let you lose anything!! So eat up girl to reach your 1200 cal for the day.
Anyway, you are doing awesome!! I went to a bbq today and didn't do so well, 1 slice of strawberry shortcake and 1 chocolate p.butter cookie later....

Hello everyone hope your all doing great!I drank about 92 ozs of water and exersiced 30 minutes bike 4 miles crunches and squats.:pumpkin:
I just went and saw the new HALLOWEEN it was pretty good and what I exspected because you know rob zombies mind is out there when it comes to movies haha.
I know I didn't get close to 1,200 but I will be back on track tomorrow starting with BREAKFAST that I missed so dearly I bough these new cheerios with granola crunchies in it looked yummy 160 cals with milk.I will be walking tomorrow after football practice,I actually like doing that better than stationary bike.Have a gr8 night and I will have plenty of time to get to EVERYONES diaries tomorrow,Tammy:)
 
Glad you're liking the walking, it's nice to be out moving and seeing the neighbourhood. Plus, I listen to audiobooks so I am entertained by that as well. (Nothing like the sight of me listening to something funny, laughing to myself and looking crazy).
 
Hey tammy glad your going to be back on track tomorrow and getting as close as you can to 1200 cals. I totally forgot to weigh in this morning as the holiday threw me totally off as to what today was.. haha anyways I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning and see if i have lost anymore weight... hopefully i'll be able to say my ticker is at 245 tomorrow morning. hope you have a good day tomorrow and maybe we'll get to chat.

I feel so great getting that breakfast in and thats why my calories are so
low sometimes on the weekend because I have 4 kids and I chose SLEEP sometimes over food hahaha thats the only thing that wins over food.I am starting to feel great and even tho the scale hasn't really budged too too much it is right at "180" I am feeling thinner my face has totally lost the bloating look from the 2 months I ate bad my jeans arent so tight I am actually wearing a belt to keep them up instead of for style lol!
I can see myself fitting into the 12's in a couple week and that helps me keep going and the challanges and great people that visit me!:)
Ok I will be on later with my exersices I have football/cheerleading practice and open house at school so hubby takes kids to practice then I will go to open house.

You are SOOOO busy. Unbelievable. 180 is at least 1 lb down from the starting 181. The water is making my weight budge a little bit. I have only lost 1 lb. But I feel great. GOOD LUCK.
 
GRRRRRR:argue: couldn't get on the site at all for a longggggg time aggggggain anyway I walked lastnight about 2 miles right around 30 minutes today I had a bad baked potatoe and sara lee ice cream I am in my calories tho but not healthy choices I guess its the after effects of TOM since I did good while TOM was here lol haha.I have had my water today and going for a walk tonight I am bored so I am going to play some online poker,Tammy:D

Wow Tammy, your menu from yesterday sounds so good. You have a busy schedule with 4 kids and a hubby and you still manage to get in excercise! HOW??? lol, keep up the good work :)

Grrrr lastnight I had a heshey almond candybar and pork chop taters and mac so I probally hit close to 2,000 cals BAD I know and I took yesterday off on the exersices I was just run down beat and walking in to the SMELLS of left over dinner I fixed for my hubby was crazzzy lol hey but I did drink my water :D I am going to do better over the weekend I had a big bowl of cheerio cluster cereal w/ fat free milk for break and don't know whats for lunch or dinner I am going to walk OR stationary bike later depemds if I wanna read gossip or breath the fresh air haha Have a nice day and hugggs MISHI for being there for me,Tammy
 
You just have to relax once in a while and eat what you feel like. One day will not ruin your overall efforts. Especially since you are back on track the next day. You are doing great with your exercises!!!
Oh, you will be in the 170's soon!! It will be awesome!!
