Howdy everyone!!!OK this is ofically DAY one to my challange and goals I have set!!I am through with the weightgain,as you see by my ticker it has gone up alot and from here on out it willonly go DOWN!!
I posted my new starting pics in the Christmas clothes challange I will post them here to for a reminder to keep my butt in gear.Ok here is my menue for today and what I have ate already....
BREAKFAST
1--100 cal sunny D (100 cals)
1 mini frozem omlett (60 cals)
1 lite wheat toast w/ spray butter (40 CALS)
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine chicken stuffing taters (240 cals)
SNACK
Grapes (60 cals)
bannah (120 cals?)
Dinner
1 weight watchers 3 cheese ziti (320 cals)
mixed veggies(70 cals)
SNACK
special K vanilla snack bites(100 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1150

Congratulations on being back to it. I know your sweating your weight gain but don't forget how far you have come. I see your pics and I just think about your 255+ pics and think "damn"! Exersices- 4.11 st.bike and 1.5 miles of walking and 75 crunches
Ty "B" I am so glad to be back!! I am off to yet another good start
foodwise I still need to exersice I may sneak in my room and get some stationary bikeing in and hopefully a walk later we'll see I have my 4 kids plus the 3 I babysitt so I have to sneak fast lol.
Well here is what I ate today and what I plan to eat for snack and dinner.
Breakfast
1-100 cals sunny D (100 cals)
1 eggbeater bag with canadian bacon and FF cheese(125 cals)
LUNCH
1 turkey sand on lite wheat Ff cheese and mustard(170 cals)
1 nannah(120 cals)
SNACK
Breyers lite ice cream sandwhiche (140 cals)
DINNER
1 piece of baked chicken breast(200 cals)
3 servs mixed veggies(120 cals)
SNACK
Grapes (60 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1155
UPDATE I was in the mood so I went ahead and did some
EXERSICES 4.2 stationary bike(20 mins.)
75 crunches 25 girly pushups 20 arm weight exersices
2ND DAY AND YES I AM COUNTING HAHAHA.....
I wanted to share a few pics of the kids since it's been a while.

Ok I had about 200 more cals (2 servs of mash taters with my chicken breast and veggies so NEW GRAND TOTAL 1355...Also since I ate those I did more exersice I went for a 2.2 mile walk.
So todays exersice 4.2 st..bike
2.2 mile walking the dog 75 crunches and arm exersice!!
I may be a lil grumpy but my BEACHBODY 2 DAY FAST FORMULA SHAKE came today and I am starting it in the morning so this means no foods just a shake for Break/Lunch/Dinner and you can have 100% juice and room tempature water.So I can do it for 2 days I may not be the happiest lol!
But it cleanses you put's vitamans into your body kills cravings and you can lose up to 7 lbs it reccomends NOT to exersice except for lite like walking because the shakes are 100 cals so thats 300 cals per day for 2 days.
I'lll let ya know how I feel and how it work's.
My brother N law's friend used it along with SLIM in 6 and he had gr8 results.Tammy
