HAHA "PINKY"It is afternoon now so I can have the peanutbutter lol!
I did go to bed and didn't eat thank god.I am getting ready to take the
7 kids to swim in the backyard lolhope my little pool fits them all haha.
I am planning on walking later.The higfh today "96":eek2: !!
MY MENUE
BREAKFAST
2 mini omletts and 1 piece lite wheat toast w/ spray butter(160 cals)
LUNCH
a baked potatoe(140 cals)2 tbsp reduce sour cream(45 cals)FF cheese(50 cals)oscar meyer bacon buts (25 cals)Grand Total....260 not bad and filling
SNACK
3 oreo cookies(160 cals) :jump:
DINNER
WW chicken fettuchini w/veggie soup(340 cals)soup???calorieless???SH soup
SNACK
watermelon(50 cals)
grapes(60 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1120 EXERSICE Playing in the yard with kids and walking
 
Good luck with your cravings, mine aren't doing so well. It's TOM... need I say more?! lol... I had my sis and her bf over to watch anime and I pigged out on doritos... and I mean i had A LOT of them. Plus then I had a bowl of ice cream, AHH! I hope once the ice cream and chips are all gone that'll be out of my system for a while, lol.
 
Good morning Tammy!!! I folded again last night with those damn cravings... right after dinner too. I have no excuses!!! I looked over my menu and saw the two times I had splurged and if I had just held strong I would have been ok. I did resist the rest of the night however. I am going to throw my low cal ice cream out and get some pre-proportioned things... like skinny cows. That way I can't fill a bowl with them and convince myself that I am only eating a few servings!! lol I hope you have a good day. What is this calorieless soup?? I am intrigued? What does it have in it? Good luck for tommrow!! I am looking forward to you being in the 160's soon! :)
 
TOM today need I say no more!!!I feel blahyyyyy anyhoot I guess I should be happy with the 1 lb loss even thogh I worked XTRA hard this week and wanted 2 but I am happy I guess.No one warned me the the 170's last forever it seems lol.5 more lbs then I can see 160's I swear I will be happy with 160's and 150 as my ultimate goal that would put me at 105 lbs loss which ='s 3 of my kids put together - 10lbs lol.
Ok HAPPY WEEKEND ENJOY IT I am hoping TOM slacks off by SUNDAY we are so suppose to visit KINGS ISLAND we bought passes and I so want to hit the waterpark. Tammy
 
You go girl! One pound is amazing, but I know what you mean. Keep on inching your way girl, 160s are so close!!! What ever happened to that bikini thread??? lol I think you are almost in one!
 
I feel the 160's are worst than the 170's! I mean I was stuck at 175 forever, but I wasn't doing anything to change it. Then I found this forum and started workout out and lost 8 pounds easy and then I was stuck at my stupid 167 forever. I was trying so hard and it wasn't moving, finally I broke that with a cleanse but yeah, 160's are worse for me for sure. But, I'm sure that when you reach the 160's you'll be so happy you'll keep working hard and you'll reach the 150's no problem!
 
Howdy everyone well the mail came I got approved for the program at the YMACA that will cost me $30 a month that includes daycare for 4 kids and indoor and outdoor pool also the trainers there are free to.So I may go down Monday and finsih the paperwork ect,woohoo Tammy

I really respect you for losing weight while parenting FOUR kids, Tammy. That's no easy trick. And you are doing it. I dig your commitment.
 
Congrats on the YMCA! I'm sure 160 wld be closer to u than ever before with all the workout and trainers to help you!
WIll they consider babysitting 7 kids when the other 3 tags along with ya? hahahha.
 
YMCA!!! Sounds like an amazing deal, what a steal!! Free childcare and trainers? You can't be that. Plus they usually have amazing pools!! I love swimming. Go girl!! Just do it!
 
Howdy everyone,
I am staying away from the scale until Friday because I had some great bad for you foods lastnight such as pizza,and ben and jerrys choc/chip cookie dough ice cream I still went for a 2 mile walk later that night but I don't want to get discouraged I also had 2 left over pieces of pizaa for dinner and a baked potatoe for lunch with all reduced fat stuff.So not the best but not horrid I know I didn't exceed 2,000 cals.
Yeah the YMCA has a scholarship program for low income families and since my income is under the table and we have 4 kids with just hubbys income we qualified.They have a outdoor and indoor pool.I am going to take my letter Monday and fill out the paper work and get started.Ok everyone have a nice weekend,Tammy
 
Ok I am sharing some more pics. Lol I am actually having a few beers I totally blew my weekend,I decided I wanted to drink a few beers,back when I was younger I used to chug a lug "little kings"I didn't think they still made them and they do I am on my 4th,thats alot for me.
Anyhoot the 1st pic is my little pool that took me an hour to levle the ground for and my 4 kids R in it,the 2nd is my son got a HUGE splinter in his foot and to make it worse it broke off way down in there took me 20 minutes to get it out,I took a pic because hubby would have said I exagerated on the size it was a big 1.
The 3rd pic is my son falling asleep on my lap while I was on the computer.Ok I am back on tomorrow and still going to weigh in at 172-173 by friday!!!
We are going to KING'S ISLAND water park tomorrow and MAYBE afterwards ride rides to I dunno.Tammy

That is totally awesome Tammy - Way to go - you will kick some major ass in the gym girl especially with a trainer...

Here we have something called lesiure access...same kinda deal - it goes based off yourincome so it is less expensive for lower incomes...

I just had a splinter a few days ago. Believe me, the one u got there is HUGE!
