Hey, your kids are so cute! That looked like one fun b-day party! I so want pizza and doritos now, lol. Maybe even the cupcakes, lol.
 
Howdy everyone,
Well I did what I said I started OVER today!!
I ate 100% healthy I also got my 3 mile walk in right after lunch
so early for me.I am going back to recording every thing I eat and
all exersices.I went to BINGO and LOST I am done with that place
for a while.Oh I gained a couple more look at my ticker :eek2: :eek:
My mini goal for now is drop 5 lbs even if it's water which I know I am
carriing lots of bevause my rings went from falling off my fingers to
almost too tight to remove and my chin looks doubleD BLAH anyhoo
5 lbs by MONDAY put me back in the 170's.
I felt so GREAT walking again and eating right... BY THE WAY I FOUND THE MOST
AWESOME CURE FOR ICE CREAM BLUES BREYERS MAKES THESE MINI COOKIE AND CREAM 100- CALORIE CUPS AND YOU WOULD THINK IT WAS HORRIBLE BUT NOPE 100 CALS AND 4 FAT!!!!!!!!!!1:jump:

3 servs egg beaters w/ fat free cheese (115 cals)
1 turkey sand on low cal low fat multi gran bread w/ mustard(175 cals)
1/2 bananah(60 cals)
1-100 cal cookie cream ice cream cup (100 cals)
1 lemon peeper chciken breast(200 cals)
2 servs mixed veggies(80 cals)\
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch snack bar(120 cals)
100 cal pk baked cheetos(100 cals)
1 peanutbutter spoon (90 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1160 SPEED WALKED 3 MILES ON FLOODWALL
 
Good job on starting over, that's awesome! Sometimes that can be so hard to do! I'm doing the same tomorrow, I already have my breakfast and lunch done, don't know about supper though... we'll see, lol.
 
You're being good and strong Tammy. It ain't about falling down. It's about getting back up. You the BOMB, baby! Oh, and speaking of babies...yours are adorable. Little blondies.
 
Ok well geeesh can't get a break for anything,my son was sent home from school yesterday for being sick high fever vomitting well he woke up today and all through the night sick.Every week something is wrong with someone.
I am planning to go for a walk when my hubby gets off work and then to his sofball game.

TOTAL CALORIES 1140 EXERSICE??
 
Sorry your little one is sick!!! your poor family just seems to bat colds back and forth! I am sure school doesn't help either!;) Hope your wee one feels better and you have a wonderful day!!! I am anxiously watching that ticker!! Your doing well on your week so far!!! Hope you have a wonderful day!! I seem to like the exclamation points today:p
 
Oh man.. sick kids can't be any fun. hope he gets well soon & you don't end up catching whatever. They look so cute sleeping in the pic.

btw do u eat the apple with peanut butter together? as in spread the peanut butter over the apple????

Ok me and my daughter walked the floodwall today 3 miles
in the 87 degree weather not a cloud in the sky,lol I had
extra too much sun because I laid out on my deck for over
an hour also stopped at my mom's and laid in her tainning
bed for 25 minutes maybe thats why I felt sick.

Ok thats 2 days under my belt that I did good,usually after
about the 4th day I am back on track for a while! You gals have
a gr8 night Tammy
 
Ok I am going to walk but this time after sunset!! It is suppose to be
91 and I yesterday it was 87 and I I felt so overheated..Ok not much
going on today.
My menue

1 chciken breast sand from left over lemon baked chicken breast on LITE multti grain high fiber bread w/ FF cheese and mustard(205 cals)
1 apple dipped in peanutbutter(190 cals)
1 WW chicken fettuchini (340 cals)
2 serv mixed veggies(80 cals)
1 -100 calorie breyes cookie cream ice cream (100 cals)
1 special K vaniila snack bites(90 cals)
the other 1/2 of chicken breast w/2 tbsp salsa (100 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1210 EXERSICE WALKING

Yay Tammy! I am rooting for you!!!! Congrats on the past two good days! My last 2 days have been good as well:D Food sounds good and workout sounds great. I can't wait until I get back to it!! The weather is getting nicer here:) It is freezing in my classroom though. I don't even need to refridgerate my food!!!! I can't wait until all this is done!!!! yay!!!! Today is going to be another day to put under the good days.... we should get stars and put them up on our good days:D lol. Hope you have a great day!
 
Howdy and thank you gal's! Yeah Mish I am feeling like I am back on track now.I am also updating my ticker every couple day since I knew I had alot of water gain as well as fat blah any hoot my 3rd day and 3 lbs down....Tammy

Lol I wish hahaha.........Well I walked my kids down to the carnival and back which total 2 miles in didtance total then walking around and standing for 4 hours down there,so I think thats good exersice lol my legs hurt.I tried something new well 2 bites and the rest is put up for lunch or snack but I took left over chicken breast put some HOT salsa on it and microwaved it for a few and it was tender,spicy and yummy.Ok I need to get my booty to bed Tammy
