Good morning Miss Tammy:) Screwed the pooch yesterday but today is going to be good.... lol it would have to be as I am still full from all the crap I inhaled yesterday!! lol I hope you had a good night. The walk sounds wonderful! Have a wonderful day wonder woman:D

Well for FATHER'S DAY I went ahead and bought tickets for the
Beltera Casino to go see comedian "RODNEY CARRINGTON" he is so funny and I have never been to a comedy show and neither has my hubby I told him yesterday about it and he was thrilled.
I plan to get my walk in later after sunset,I actually feel the weight (water) coming off because my rigns are getting lose again.
My menue
3 serv egg beater w/ FF cheese (150 cals)
1 baked potatoe loaded with Fat Free cheese and sour cream and butter spray(200 clas)
1/2 piece of chicken breast w/ salsa (120 cals)
grapes (60 cals)
1 breyers cookie and cream icecream(100 cals)
1 salsa chicken breast yummy I like this it's spicey(200 cals)
3 serv mixed veggies(115 cals)
1 sm apple w/ peanutbutter (190 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1160 EXERSICE WALKING
 
Comedy shows are the best!!! I love them. You're going to have such a great time, and what a good idea.

You're food looks really good! Yummm... baked potato's are my fav..

Mine almost dont fit now - its soo cool. Congrats on the weight loss!
 
It's going great!!I just got back from my 3 mile "HEATED" walk
on the floodwall and then went to my mom's tanning bed then came home
ate alot of grapes walked my dog about 1 mile.I am pooped lol...Ok hoping for a great weigh in day tomorrow.Tammy
 
Howdy everyone,
Well with some motivation,lots of sweaty walking and
eating right I weighed in at 184 last week and this week 179 YAY I
am back in the 170's and REFUSE to go visit 180's anytime soon!!
I must push myself to the 160's just to exsperience how that will feel
I haven't been there since I was 15-17 lol!
I figured alot was water do to my rigs were tight now they are lose again.
I am debating what to do tomorrow my hubby has to work so it will be me
and my 4 kids by myself either visiting my brother he is camping for a week
but I was thinking on taking the kids swimming they have pool's there and the
whole campfire grilling wood's parks ect I love it I can't stay over night because
I have no camping gear plus 4 kids NOWAYYYYY but a nice day may work another thing it is about a hour away DAMN GAS..or my other choice is the usual go to my aunts to play cornhole and poker hmmmmm desicitions lol.
My mom actullay wants to go out to the campsite to so I may?

You all are so great hjere and thank you for not giving up on me I really feel like I am back again for the umpteenth time lol.

By the way so far I got me a 15 minute early workout in which included
2 sets of 12 girly push ups
75 crunches
2 sets of 12 squats
2 sets of 20 ab twist while punching out to the side
2 sets of 12 per leg back kicks
and 30 sets of back arm workout using 5 lb weights

Since hubby works late I will probally do 4 miles on stationary bike later
 
My menue so far well probally except for a peanut butter spoon I splurged a little but fit it into my calories.

1 bowl of fruity cheerios w/ skim milk & splenda(150 cals)
1 piece of chicken salsa chicken breast (200 cals)
1-100 cal breyers ice cream(100 cals)
1/2 of a ham and swiss melt on lite wheat bread 2 % swiss ,butter spray (FF)
(150 cals)
2 servs french fries w/ ketchup & cheese dip this is my splurge(390 cals)
1 turkey sandwhich on lite wheat w/ mustard and ff cheese(175 cals)
My total calories 1185 I worked out 15 minutes will do more later:doh:
 
WOO! Good job on the weight loss! Must be nice to be back in the 170's! I can't get past this 167, but I sure as hell won't go up, I refuse! Just how you refuse to get in the 180's again.... we can do this! lol

lol, got a good laugh about your "girly push ups" I need to do some of those too! You think you could help me get an excersize routine???

I havn't heard much about the baby lately...how's his ears??

Ok it is 12:30 Am just got back from the show went and saw RODNEY CARRINGTON for those who didn't know and he was so funny I needed a good laugh,on a bad note I am starting to feel BLAHY I had a loaded baked potatoe early like 2ish and then had water then we hit applebees after the show around 10ish and I ordered my turkey bacon club melt and loaded smash potatoes well I took about 5 bites of the taters ate 1/2 sandwhich and sipped a few drinks of mountain dew and that was it I just don't fee like myself.So if I would have to guess I would say I had roughly 1000 cals.

My hubby is in that 'LOVEY dovey mood and won't take I am sick for answer geeesh I hate that!Anyhoot tomorrow is the memorial day grill out/party at sis n laws house and she opened her above ground pool YIPPEE!!
I haven't exactly ate healthy but I am maintaining well probally because I am ill,hope I am better tomorrow!

That sucks you are not feeling well!!! I hope the fun and sun of today will chase that away! I am about to go swimming with the family too:) No big BBQ's but the day off with my boyfriend is nice:) I hope you have a lovely day and feel better!!!! Glad you enjoyed the show!
 
I hope you were feeling better for the BBQ. I was going to say great willpower at the Applebees until I found out the reason why.
