Howdy everyone,
Well I did what I said I started OVER today!!
I ate 100% healthy I also got my 3 mile walk in right after lunch
so early for me.I am going back to recording every thing I eat and
all exersices.I went to BINGO and LOST I am done with that place
for a while.Oh I gained a couple more look at my ticker
My mini goal for now is drop 5 lbs even if it's water which I know I am
carriing lots of bevause my rings went from falling off my fingers to
almost too tight to remove and my chin looks doubleD BLAH anyhoo
5 lbs by MONDAY put me back in the 170's.
I felt so GREAT walking again and eating right... BY THE WAY I FOUND THE MOST
AWESOME CURE FOR ICE CREAM BLUES BREYERS MAKES THESE MINI COOKIE AND CREAM 100- CALORIE CUPS AND YOU WOULD THINK IT WAS HORRIBLE BUT NOPE 100 CALS AND 4 FAT!!!!!!!!!!1
