visit me lots and really keep me on my feet and I appreciate it bigtime!
Some people don't understand it's the comments and advice that help us
all get through it and we meet our goals.I must say Challanges help alot to!
Well I managed to walk about 3 miles lastnight me and my sis N law and our dogs and we even hit some hills it was fun and great conversation.
I didn't get to eat my snack I listed on my menue so my cals were kind of low.
Hubby woeks late plus it is raining so no walking tonight "BUT" I am planning on doing lots of exersices I learned from 1 of those gossip shows I watched yesterday.
This chick lost 40lbs abd got a totally fit body I think in 3 months by doing a comination of the right exersices I am going to try to find it on the website,it is either Entertainment tonight or access hollywood it was 1 of the ones that was on during the day?
Well here is my menue and weigh in day is TROMORROW!!!:D
3 serv egg beaters w/ fat free cheese (150 cals)
1 lean cuisine garlic chicken pizza (320 cals)
20 grapes (60 cals)
1 pieces chciken breast baked lemon pepper(200 cals)
1 -1/2 can progresso chciken noodle soup w/ added veggies(160 cals)
Special K protien Bar chochlate/peanutbutter(190 cals)
1-100 cals cheesits (100 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1190 ALMOST 1200
EXERSICES 30 minutes of squats side lunges using handweight 2 reps of 12 girly push ups step up and kick back,50 jump N jacks 75 crunches 3 miles st.bike.
 
Good luck on weigh day!! I totally saw that show and they were showing before pics when she was a size 12 (which I am now) and how she went to a size 6. She did the workout all girly too lol but it was a great workout! I was thinking I might try the same :) I hope you have a good day! and comments are wonderful! Thank you for keeping my journal full of them!! *hugs back* :)

U welcome Tammy, this is very true! Sounds like your cals and exercise are great. I miss dogwalking- it's not the same on your own lol!

If you find that work out can you post the link please? I need some more exercise ideas!
 
Howdy everyone and thank you for your support.I posted the link in the "exersice through media thread".
Well my legs and arms feel like spaghetti so must have done the workout right lol.I went to go down to do laundry about 13 steps and my legs felt like they were going to give out then I went to feed the baby and my arms felt like jello.
Here was my routine
2 reps of 15 girl push ups
2 reps of 12 side kick lunges holding 1 5 lb weight
2 reps of 15 step up on a block and kick leg back
2 sets of 12 per each side crunches
50 reg crunches
15 wide squats
I took 1 5lb weight gripped with both hands and above my head bent backwards behind neck to work back of arms
3.5 miles stationary bike
I can see how this works doing this 4 x's a week
 
Updating 10 lbs lighter

Ok here I am 10 lbs lighter so I had my lil one take more pics to hopefully see a differnce.I posted them in the before and after but incase you don't make it there here they are,Tammy

4Xs week that routine...you'll be sssssmokin' your buttah off!! You look excellent in the pictures...hey but I want to see your face too!! :D I'm going to look at the before and after thread.

It is so much fun to have a routine and stick with it and see the results. If your legs felt weak, yep, I'd say you did a damn good workout! Whoo hoo!
 
Ok I weighed in at "174" I lost 3 and 1/2 lbs this week.I am planning on eating out for
lunch today then my sons b-day party tomorrow BUT I will try to watch my portions and
also make sure I get a walk or/and a good exersice routine because I worked too hard
to gain those 3 lbs back this week!! Have a good weekend everyone!!!:)

Mish,Cerella,Anna!!Well I ate and and I ate but I think I may have my metabloslism woking finally after all these years because the scale said 175
and that was barely on there I had pizza cake then later left ove pizza cake again then FRiday I had cheese puffs reesee cups cheese sticks ect put it this way I didn't eat good like I wanted to and I feel I LUCKED out!! I am planning on taking my dog for a LOOOOOGN walk later when hubby gets back from kings island with the kids,I stayed home do to my little guy not feeling good again PLUS I took him to have his ears checked after having tubes put in and he has a NASTY ear infection AGAIN geeeesh it has been only 2 weeks and already anoth infection plus his little eyes are swollen and when he wakes up they are matted shut.I was thinking allergies but now I am think pink eye?Well I will check in later he is awake lol,Tammy

OH the PIRATES OF THE CARIBEAN party when great my son was so supriced when we brought out his cool bike I will post a pic of it later it is different it is called the H2O GREEN MACHINE :)
