visit me lots and really keep me on my feet and I appreciate it bigtime!
Some people don't understand it's the comments and advice that help us
all get through it and we meet our goals.I must say Challanges help alot to!
Well I managed to walk about 3 miles lastnight me and my sis N law and our dogs and we even hit some hills it was fun and great conversation.
I didn't get to eat my snack I listed on my menue so my cals were kind of low.
Hubby woeks late plus it is raining so no walking tonight "BUT" I am planning on doing lots of exersices I learned from 1 of those gossip shows I watched yesterday.
This chick lost 40lbs abd got a totally fit body I think in 3 months by doing a comination of the right exersices I am going to try to find it on the website,it is either Entertainment tonight or access hollywood it was 1 of the ones that was on during the day?
Well here is my menue and weigh in day is TROMORROW!!!
3 serv egg beaters w/ fat free cheese (150 cals)
1 lean cuisine garlic chicken pizza (320 cals)
20 grapes (60 cals)
1 pieces chciken breast baked lemon pepper(200 cals)
1 -1/2 can progresso chciken noodle soup w/ added veggies(160 cals)
Special K protien Bar chochlate/peanutbutter(190 cals)
1-100 cals cheesits (100 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1190 ALMOST 1200
EXERSICES 30 minutes of squats side lunges using handweight 2 reps of 12 girly push ups step up and kick back,50 jump N jacks 75 crunches 3 miles st.bike.
