Good morning Tammy! I hope you are feeling better. I have been sick too and hoping that I am better today as it's my day off and I want to enjoy myself!!! I hope you are on the mend!! and eating bad when your sick isn't that bad. Yesterday all I had to eat was ice cream! It was so bad but felt good on my throat:)

NP-Cerella my hubby came home and out of the blue wanted to take the kids to KINGS ISLAND amusement park no notice or anything so I dragged my behind along I don't do roller coasters but seeing my daughter whom is 8 ride those scary things for the 1st time blew my mind.I did walk 4 hours around and let the other little ones ride in kiddy land.

Thank you Mish I am glad you feel better ,hopefully it is in the air and heads my way lol.Isn't it weird when your sick in the winter ice cream is the last thing on your mind but the weather gets warm and I drool over ice cream sick or not lol!

OK I walked my dog for 2 miles around town he looked like he was going to have a heat stroke lol it is 84 today I was coughing up a storm what a pretty site lol but I did it got my walk in.Tonight I want to bike and do some dancing and sit ups I need to step it up and drop to 175 that was orignally my 2nd goal then 150 then ultimate"145!!
So far I had MENEU
Exersice walked 2 miles
2 bites of ice cream cookie dough choch chiop (40 cals)
3 servs egg beaters w/fat free cheese(170 cals)
 
My Monday menue
3 serv eggbeaters w/ fat free cheese(170 cals)
3 servs mixed veggies(105 cals)
1 piece chciken breast baked with southwestern seasoning(200 cals)
1 peanut butter spoon(90 cals)
20 grapes(30 cals)
1-special K honey nut sback bar(90 cals)
Total cals 700
exersice walked 2 miles
going to do 3 miles on bike 75 crunches and some squats
I know calories are low but my 1st meal wasn't until 2PM then I am still trying to feel better,Tammy
 
I hope that you are feeling much better today. Doing all that walking while not feeling well is amazing. Just be sure to get plenty of rest and don't overdo it!!:)
 
LMAO Post whore in da house!!! That was funny,Well I whound up eating
a baked potatoe and 1/2 a turkey sandwhich right before bed it wasn't so
unhealthy but eating before bed espcially that much food is a no no so
I need to add another 350 cals up there ^^.I all the sudden felt very hungry and the special K bar didn't do the trick.
The scale said 178 even so not all is lost probally do to the exersices I did yesterday YAY.Unless it desides to up later on?I had me a WW fettuchini and no breakfast I guess becuse I was still full from the food lastnight.
Ok I am planning on some walking sometime today I have lots of errons to run.

Yeah Dari, Sorta as far as food I was never sick to my tummy just the cant breath,taste and cough feeling.I am on day 4 of antibiotic and I am about
50/50 feel better.Tammy
 
Hi Tammy; Oh no! My twin sons like the DQ bars. I've noticed the boxes in the freezer are emptying a lot faster. I'll have to start hiding them. tee hee

Well I didn't get a achance to hop back on lastnight because we rented a movie (THE HITCHER) which was good not great but good anyhoo I got a 2.5 mile walk in and stuck with my menue! Well guess what the scale said 175 this morning I hopped on and off several times and NOT once did it go above 175 so """woohooo happy dance"!!
I want to change my ticker but it will throw me off on how much I lose a week,I may not lose anymore by Friday and it will look as if I didn't lose this week.
My kids have coach's pitch game today all 3 lol on the same team at 7pm and I am hoping for a walk afterwards!HAVE A GR8 DAY TAMMY

WW 3 cheese ziti marinara (320 cals)
1 pk baked cheetos
1 peanutbutter spoon(90 cals)
1 piece chicken breast(200 cals)
1 bowl of progresso chciken noodle soup w/ added mixed veggies plus 50% lower sodium(150 cals)
1 baked potatoe loaded with fat free sour cream butterspray and sour cream(175)
30 grapes (90 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1115
EXERSICE???
