Hey Tammy, that's a great avatar. Don't feel bad about the pizza. I thought I'd die the first time I gave into pizza back in July. That was about 60 pounds ago. You're doing great and the 170s are right around the corner!

Howdy everyone,
Boy when I fall off I crash and burn.......!!!!.......
It took me a few days to find my way back,never go grocery
shopping afterhours when your craving everything in sight! I don't
know what got into me but I have pigged out since Friday geeesh!

Anyhoo I am back for a while"AGAIN" I refuse to quit and time is ticking by
so fast.I am back to my calorie counting and when I get back to around
183ish I will use the soup diet to get me out of the 180's once and for all!!
Yeah I really packed the pounds back on again in so little time. The scale
said 186.5 I about died and cried I didn't miss this feeling at all!
I did however walk the 3 mile floodwall yesterday which aparentaley didn't do anygood since I was munching afterhours:rolleyes: .
Here is my menue so far
Grapes-breakfast
1 chciken club lean cuisine-lunch
1 pk 100 cal hershey wafers-snack
lemon pepper baked chciken breast w/ mixed veggies-dinner
apples w/peanutbutter-snack
soup - if I get hungry later
I am waiting on hubby so I can walk the floodwall and I am hitting "DQ" for those 45 calorie fudge bars:D
I AM BACK AND MORE READY THAN EVER I AM HOPING TO START BACK ON THE SOUP SOMETIME NEXT WEEK I MISS LOWER 180'S
 
The good news is usually gaining fast means you can lose it fast!! Welcome back as always :) and can't wait to see 170's!!!!! Never quitting is the key... and you haven't yet!! Hope you are having a good day!

things you are doing because you are having great progress each

I am so crazy serious about my food and I have trained myself to not really be hungry from lunch until dinner. For breakfest is always 1.2c cheerios with 1c milk and .1 c frozen raspberries with splenda... lunch is almost always a lean cuisine with a snacky 100 calorie pack or today I had sugar free jello with strawberries. If I don't eat my snacky thing at lunch I will have it after school and then I try to hold out until dinner between 5-6. I have some sort of grilled chicken, rice or pasta, salad, and a veggie. Then low cal ice cream for dessert on most days. I like to save my calories for the evening so by dinner time I have usually not had more than 600 calories.. usually somewhere in the 500's. That way I can relax and have a bigger meal and a dessert. It seems to work well for me and even if I want some take out the calories at night allow me that as long as it's not a burger. I have opted for salads at resturants way more than I really want to but it pays off in the end. At one resturant that didn't offer anything calorie friendly I was all snippity and ordered 10 grilled shrimp and a bowl if lettuce... lol it was soooo good but theye gave me some wierd looks and I was reminded of the movie "Get Shorty" when Danny Devito goes to the resturant and they are talking about stars never ordering what's on the menue. He proceeds to order some whacked out stuff for everyone then leaves without eating any of it... Funny movie lol
That is a sample day for me if that helps you at all:)

Sounds simalr to my days when I am on a normal calorie counting day except breakfast is usually my egg beaters once in a while I will have cheerios w/skim milk.Lunch lean cuisine and snack either 100 cal snack or a weight watchers 140 cal snack I do want to go to DQ today and buy me those 45 calorie homade fudge bars or orange cream.Dinner is almost always chciken breast and veggies or a healthy loaded baked potatoe.
My problem is the resteraunt for 1 I HATE SALADS !! The lettuce is blah gaggy to me also it is hard to go to your fave resteraunt where you get your mouthwatering dinner and order something healthy so I just need to stay out of places like that lol.
I did however find a couple alternatives to a couple places that aren't my fave if we were to go out to eat. OCHARLIES I could get the grilled chicken breast with plain baked potatoe green beans same goes for TEXAS ROADHOUSE but CHEDDERS I need a keepout sighn I get the chciken fettuchini everytime because it is the best.
For now nomore resteraunts for a couple months! I have a month until my son and 2 daughters B-day party I would like to lose another 10lbs or atleast see 170's. Thank you for sharing what exersices do you do??? Tammy
