Howdy everyone,
Boy when I fall off I crash and burn.......!!!!.......
It took me a few days to find my way back,never go grocery
shopping afterhours when your craving everything in sight! I don't
know what got into me but I have pigged out since Friday geeesh!
Anyhoo I am back for a while"AGAIN" I refuse to quit and time is ticking by
so fast.I am back to my calorie counting and when I get back to around
183ish I will use the soup diet to get me out of the 180's once and for all!!
Yeah I really packed the pounds back on again in so little time. The scale
said 186.5 I about died and cried I didn't miss this feeling at all!
I did however walk the 3 mile floodwall yesterday which aparentaley didn't do anygood since I was munching afterhours

Here is my menue so far
Grapes-breakfast
1 chciken club lean cuisine-lunch
1 pk 100 cal hershey wafers-snack
lemon pepper baked chciken breast w/ mixed veggies-dinner
apples w/peanutbutter-snack
soup - if I get hungry later
I am waiting on hubby so I can walk the floodwall and I am hitting "DQ" for those 45 calorie fudge bars
I AM BACK AND MORE READY THAN EVER I AM HOPING TO START BACK ON THE SOUP SOMETIME NEXT WEEK I MISS LOWER 180'S
