you're game, i havnt done diddly exercise. I was feeling like crap for the first couple days - just tired and lacking in energy. Also i was worried i wasnt getting enough calories to do real vigourous exercise (which appears to be the only kind i do anyway)
Though i did do a breif hard stint on the cycling this morning. i felt like i was gonna fall over afterwards - quitting smoking and not cycling for a while can really have some crap effects on ya
Tammy your kickin some butt!!!!
Ya know on the good side..........after doing the SH thing normal "diet" or "healthy" food seems pretty dang good and like a treat now!!!! I never thought about how good my ol skim milk or wheat bread was untill i could not have it............It was hard not to want to do the "oh i'm off my diet.....lets eat" thing but just stick to your guns and continue to eat good, you will feel great!!! By the way on my milk and nana day i ate 4 nana's and drank 1/2 gallon of the milk!! Hey it said all you want!!!! have fun eating your meat tommaro........and tomatoes isin't it??? I opted for the 6 fresh ones instead of the canned (belech!!) I made 2 diffrent pots of the soup, one with beef broth and the other with the chicken......they actually tasted about the same, but at least it was a little diffrent. I also grilled thoes big mushrooms on the veggie days and it had a "meat effect" for me, anyways enuff from me......good luck and can't wait to see your final day seven weigh in!!!
later girl

Oh yeah ive eaten a fair few nanas, im pretty much just eating when im hungry though.
Good idea on the vege days - i think its better to be prepared with some decent veg or fruit ideas before starting if ever doing it. Otherwise you end up eating the same couple things an aweful lot.
How much have you lost so far Tam?
Well I woke up Friday weighed 180.5!!! I also colored eggs with my lil ones we rented movies then THE BAD happened I orderd PIZZA I feel bad because I really wanted to see what I can get out of this SH diet so I am planning to do it again on MONDAY I did make a KING size pot this time and the actual diet wasn't that bad once you get past the VEGGIE day, sometimes it just happeneds and there isn't any exuse I can say right now but it was tempting and I gave into temptaion along with some sweets to.
I will be back on once again in no time and I still really want to do this for 7 days to see what I can lose. Thanks for stopping by and I will stop and check out your pics RISTY, Have a fun easter weekend Tammy
Though i can fully understand falling into temptation - its not the easyest of things. So far ive done 9.5lb, im hopeing i can squeeze another lb or two out before i finish yet so i can hit my surgery goal :/

Way to go GIRL!! Your surgery is going to go great and you are so much healthier now than a year ago!! I would have been able to stick with it if I was at home bored with no plans but you know easter egg coloring 3 screaming kids hollaring PIZZA movie renting lazy day just = a BIg no no for me lol. I will bounce back I always do one thing I haven't let myself get nowhere near 190's and when I was in 190's I didn't let myself get nowhere near 200's so if I can just push to get to the 170's I see a patteren
TAMMY
Congrats on the 180! Pizza is a terrible temptation... and so are martgarita's for that matter! Blew my diet Friday too with 2 perfect margarita's from Applebee's... which are actually like 5 margarita's.. yum But you have done great! Wishing you luck for the next seven days Happy Easter!
Hi Tammy; Thanks for stopping by my diary. Happy Easter to you also. You are such a nice mom, coloring easter eggs with the little people, those cute chillens. Guess what I bought? Orange-vanilla DQ bars (60 calories each). Oh...my...GAWD. They are so good. I buy a box of fudge bars (only 45 cals each) and a box of orange-vanilla ones and this way I've got them in my freezer for emergency "sugar" fixes.
