Ok I didn't any exerscing do to running to the bathroom after 15
minutes I feel like I am getting better somewhat.Tomorrow new day

Howdy all well feeling very crappy tired yucky feeling.I can't seem
to get back on track 100%.I managed to not exersice again all tho
I did take a broom and shove 6 inches of snow with it for about 30
minutes.I had some greasy fries a hoho and some chicken not the healthiest
but my calories were right aroind the 1500 mark I am not happy about
the track I have let myself go on! I nned help and fast before I gain all my
weight back,I know the weather isn't helping things.
Well no school tomorrow that ought to be fun lol! Well I hope to turn over a new leaf and soon.Thank you all for the support and keeping on me thats what I nned right now.I hopped on the scale and it was terrifieing so I definatley need to do something.Have a nice day Tammy

Ok it is a new day I am really hoping I can do this.I woke up with a
new train of thought.I looked in the mirror today and my face has taken
a toll from all this eating my double chin is showing and bloated to blah!
I managed to have a few healthy things left in my fridge and cabnett
before this snow hit. I need to fix the other day that I put down my meal
for that day because I didn't stick with it.Guys I am going to do this just gotta take that baby step again.Anyone thinking of have a few days of pigging out "DON'T" because it makes ya feel real crappy both emotional and physical,lol I am sure my workout will be harder toady.

howdy everyone well I made it sorta had a couple bad things
but hey I am slowly gettibg back.I did 3 miles on exersice bike
and plan to do that and add 20 minutes of eliptical tomorrow!
