Good morning Tammy! Thanks for the support:) Just thought I would say hello! Seems like your still on track! even with the one day of night time munching:) It is the overall that counts in the end! Good for you for all the extra exercise, hon! You're doing fantastic. I can't wait until I'm back down in the 180's. Haven't been there in...4 or 5 years? Something like that.
 
Hey you...your alot like me, when I eat bad or when I dont think I should or whatever, I totally step up my exercise...you make eating 1,200 cals look so easy....Im so proud of your ticker, everytime I see it, im like wow good for you!!!

However Im kinda down in the dumps, Im letting the scale discourage me:(:(:(
 
Good late night everyone!!
My pc is on the fritz again :rolleyes: !! My hubby rigged
it up for me so I can hop on here and update atleast,what I mean by
rigged is my phone isn't working while I am on here because he had to
use the wire (he says bad wire again?)Anyhoo I did ok just not sure on the cals in the food I ate at my mother N laws it wasn't bad food at all tho.
I had a 1/2 plate of greenbeans and peas and the other 1/2 was potatoes and carrots that came from the roast she cooked so it was a lil greasy(in a yummy way) I had no meat cuz it had gravy so I am assuming 350 cals 12 fat sounds fair! Well I am off for now and will read and post in everyones diary tomorrow when I go buy a phone cord.

DAY 17
Breakfast-sleep
Lunch- chcicken club pinini lean cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
Dinner taters and carrots peas greenbeans(350 cals 12 fat)
SNACK slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
2 bites of this EVIL ASS chochlate vocano cake (75 cals 8 fat)guessing

I TOOK THE DAY OFF EXERSICING BECAUSE I HAVE DONE IT 9 DAYS IN A ROW WITH NO REST I DID HOWEVER DO MY 100 SITUPS AND 15 SQUATS.TAMMY

Well I had 1 of those CRAPPY BAD BAD DAYS!!
I acted like the weather crappy!I ate bad I slept all day I dunno where
it came from.I am so determined and at the same time I let myself slip
and not a tiny slip a huge fall!Anyway I am recovering no more bad
foods today tomorrow or anytime for a while,Tammy

DAY 18
Breakfast sleep
Lunch a bad bad chcohlate volcano mini cake (410 CALS 22 FAT)
Dinner tgi friday's cheese sticks 6 (600 cals 65 fat)1 grilled turkey club melt(550 cals 17 fat) 3 potatoe skins sour cream(325 cals 19 fat)
Snack Some hershey's (300 cals 20 fat)
TOAL CALS 2200 CALS AND A TON OF FAT KICK ME !!:eek:
Atleast it's out of my system for a while. Tammy

Oh I am going to do 1.5 treadmill and 100 crunches.
BACK ON TRACK ONCE AGAIN FROM HERE ON OUT BECAUSE I WANT
A HOT BOD LIKE MY AVTAR...:)
 
We all have those days....Just try harder tomorrow :) You'll be fine.

Good for you for not only keeping track of it all, but for taking that walk as well!
 
Thank you M2m The sad thing is look at my dinner I ate all
that in 1 sitting and didn't feel like I was going to pop which
I should of for that much food.Yeah the walk took some preasure
off and I am debating on dancersizing a little and a few more
crunches lol,Tammy:)

DANCE?!!! i hv phobia.... the warm-up stretch that the instructor brought me through last week was more tough than the dance itself lol...

Ok I am much better today.I am blaming it on the rain lol!
It had rained for 5 days str8 floods everywhere and now
the rain is gone and we are having lovely 20 degree weather
windchill in the teens do to the high winds so I may be indoor
exersicing tonight I hate the cold.
DAY 19
BREAKFAST To tired and full from yesterday to eat
Lunch 1 healthymade turkey ff cheese mustard sand (185 cals 1 fat)
Snack 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER 1 lemon pepper chciken breast 2 serv mixed veggies 1 bake potatoe with reduced sour fat free cheese ff butter spray(430 cals 9 fat))
Snack 1 strawberry slimfast optima drink (180 cals 5 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 900 I know low but I missed breakfast thats where my other 200 cals are.I will update EXERSCIES later.....Tammy
 
900 calories? damn girl... *stern look*
We'd better see those numbers back to a healthy range soon :)

Yeah missing breakfast hurt my cals.I may add a lowfat
granola bar 110 cals 4 fat NEW TOTAL 1010 A LIL better lol!
Yeah I don't like that low but even now I havent had time to eat my
2pm snack I wrote it down guess I better go eat it.Good to see ya's

Do you find that you get cold easier now? Especially on days where your calorie intake is too low?
