it was very hard considering when I did want Wendys Monday
since I had cheated that day and hubby didn't get home till late
so I didn't get it when I could of lol!
Wow "SOON2BE" a lb already I need to step it up...
Ok THis is 2 days in a row I went for an early walk I did 2.4 miles
very fast pace with no dog which means no stopping lol I would have
grabbed my dog but I only had an hour to drop my mom off walk then get home for hubby to have the van.
DAY 21
Breakfast Small bowl honey bunches of oats whole grain with skim
milk(150 cals 5 fat)
Lunch 1 healthymade turkey sand Fat free cheese and mustard(175 cals 2 fat)
Snack omelette in a bag(150 cals 3 fat)
Dinner 2 serv mixed veggies WeightWatchers chciken fettuchini(420 cals
8 fat)
Snack 1 bowl honey bunches of oats skim milk (170 cals 6 fat)
Snack #2 1 peanutbutter spoon (to up my cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1185
EXERSICE WALKED 2.4 NO STOPPING + 100 CRUNCHES MAY DO MORE LATER IF I FEEL ENERGETIC.....
