My pc is on the fritz again

!! My hubby rigged
it up for me so I can hop on here and update atleast,what I mean by
rigged is my phone isn't working while I am on here because he had to
use the wire (he says bad wire again?)Anyhoo I did ok just not sure on the cals in the food I ate at my mother N laws it wasn't bad food at all tho.
I had a 1/2 plate of greenbeans and peas and the other 1/2 was potatoes and carrots that came from the roast she cooked so it was a lil greasy(in a yummy way) I had no meat cuz it had gravy so I am assuming 350 cals 12 fat sounds fair! Well I am off for now and will read and post in everyones diary tomorrow when I go buy a phone cord.

Lunch- chcicken club pinini lean cuisine(320 cals 9 fat)
Dinner taters and carrots peas greenbeans(350 cals 12 fat)
SNACK slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
2 bites of this EVIL ASS chochlate vocano cake (75 cals 8 fat)guessing
I TOOK THE DAY OFF EXERSICING BECAUSE I HAVE DONE IT 9 DAYS IN A ROW WITH NO REST I DID HOWEVER DO MY 100 SITUPS AND 15 SQUATS.TAMMY
