Hey Tammy! Hope your day is fabulous! Do you have 7 kids again today? If I had that many kids around I'd be bald from pulling my hair out. You must have the patience of...heck...I don't know anybody with that much patience...only you girl!
Good job on all the walking, you should start a milage ticker and walk to vegas or something. then when you make the goal of course you'll have to reward yourself with a vegas vacation. Keep up the awesome work girl, did you weigh in?

No 7 kids at the moment my 3 are in school and the 1 I babysit
goes to an after school program when theres school so for 15 minutes
I have only 3 then I will have 6! Not to bad.
I am starting to notice the ones doing all the situps are kicking butt
on weigh in days I need to make myself do atleast a 100 a day instead
of the 30-50! I need belly improvement 101 lol!

around on freecycle.com and see if any1 is giving any away
or I can wait till I get past X-Mas! I am happy about x-mas
because it makes my day seeing my lil ones excited on X-mas
morning.I have been haveing the blues outta nowhere!
I did however do everything on my exersice list for today.I
love walking with my sis n law gr8 conversation makes the walk
much enjoyable.Well I am sleepy gotta get kids up at 6 am!

Mornin' Tammy!! Just wanted to pop in and wish you a Happy Thursday! I am upping my sit-ups to 200 a day :eek: I actually don't find it too hard, I do half in the morning or afternoon, and half in the evening while I watch tv. :D

Hope your blues go away soon. I know what you mean about the christmas thing, we celebrate Yule, but just having my family around in the same house laughing is enough for me. I know alot of people don't have that kind of family dynamic so I'm thankful for it. I hope you have a fantastic day and I think I'm going to start a crunch challenge too.
 
That's great you have your sister-in-law to walk with!

:) Good afternoon everyone! Wow lot's of visitor's yay
that makes my day:D ! Yeah I let my stubborn dog out to
potty and it is so warm bright and sunny! My dog refuses to
to potty in the yard and I can't walk him yet hubbys at work
and I am here with 3 lil 1's(7month's my guy,3 yaer 4 year)!
I am walking later tho by myself tonight my sis n law's shows
are on:cool: !
Yeah the blues are passing a lil I have goggled every ideal I had and
I either can't find info or everything is costly pretty crazy and fake
when ya gotta pay $$$ to work lol!
My day is going well here is my menue for today!
DAY 85 BREAKFAST
breakfast baggy egg sub Fat free cheese and diced ham(150 cals 2 fat)
LUNCH
1 PB& sugar free strawberry jelly on lowfat wheat(190 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 healthy loaded baked potatoe(FF cheese butter spray reduce sour cream)
(190 cals 3 fat)
PREDINNER SNACK
1 slice lowfat pumpkin pie Fat free cool whip(266 cals 6 fat)
DINNER
1 weight watchers chicken fettichini(320 cals 8 fat)

I am gonna do home exersice cuz hubby has after work plans and I don't
wanna walk late unless I get that magic burst of energy!But plans of 20 minutes (atleast)eliptical my 50 situpps will try to do more 30 siccors 30
squats and back leg lifts for botty toning :D !Will update exactly what I do later cuz the day can change never know lol! Tammy

No and thanks for reminding me I am going to post on
free cycle and if no luck I am going to break down and get 1 maybe
next payday.I forgot to mention WAY TO GO DARI witht he situpps!
Everytime I see you and katie with the sit ups makes me want to do
more and everyday!I have a prb I will do 50 1 day then skip a few days
cuz they hurt my tummy lol but that means they are working lol!

Hey Tammy, just stopped by to check up on ya.... I'd steal the one at the gym but I think I'd be caught if I stuck it under my shirt.... One of the down falls of being skinny is ya can't steal things as easy lol

Total 46 minutes or boredism!!!!! I really love walking and 1 hour+
of walking isn't near as bad as exerscing in my home!
Well weigh in day tomorrow hope it still in the 180's I hate sneak
