Well as I thought all the tossing and turning burned up
a lb lol it said 189 but no streamers till Friday! That is my official
weigh in day then the challange on WEDS but that is gr8
motivation to stay cheat free this week!
I can't believe it said 189 I am shocked and I think I am onto something
I had a loaded bake potatoe at 4pm yesterday(reduced fat sourcream
&cheese and bacon bites I swear I was full for hours I had some mixed
veggies and that was it for dinner so potatoe=fullness & fuel for my walk!

I might eat another snack calories look low for today?
Ok had a special K peanut butter choch bar(110 cals 3 fat)
I walked 3 miles + did 30 crunches+30 siccors+25 squats+10 minutes eliptical
