Hey Tam sounds like you are doing GREAT!!!

I'm already fretting about xmas, although I love it, coz 1) only one more payday til xmas *horrified gasp* and 2) omg the food. My favorite thing about xmas. Eek I'll have to work out a SERIOUS plan to make it through I am NOT gonna mess up weeks of hard work in the few days of xmas!

Well as I thought all the tossing and turning burned up
a lb lol it said 189 but no streamers till Friday! That is my official
weigh in day then the challange on WEDS but that is gr8
motivation to stay cheat free this week!
I can't believe it said 189 I am shocked and I think I am onto something
I had a loaded bake potatoe at 4pm yesterday(reduced fat sourcream
&cheese and bacon bites I swear I was full for hours I had some mixed
veggies and that was it for dinner so potatoe=fullness & fuel for my walk!

1 healthymade turkey sandwhich(170 cals 1 fat)
SNACK
9 baked tortilla chips & Tammys special dipping sauce(130 cals 4 fat)
SNACK
carb smart ice cream sandwhich (80 casl 4 fat)
PREDINNER
1 bake potatoe-butterspray natures seasoning bacon bits reduce fat sour cream
and cheese(210 cals 7 fat)
DINNER
1 baked lemon pepper chciken breast 2 servings mixed veggies (350 cals 4 fat)
I might eat another snack calories look low for today?
Ok had a special K peanut butter choch bar(110 cals 3 fat)
I walked 3 miles + did 30 crunches+30 siccors+25 squats+10 minutes eliptical

Tammy that's totally awesome! I was so excited that I've lost five pounds, and here you are, over 60 gone!!! I'm amazed. Keep it up!!!

Geeesh I was starving around 3:30 so I decided to make
my bake potatoe using butter spray,natures seasoning,bacon
bits,reduce fat sour cream & cheese(210 cals 6 or 7 fat)
I am still only 950 in calories and I have a descent size menue?
I guess that no breakfast today is where the missing calories are?

There not as evil as people say as long as you prepare them healthy
and eat 1 early in the day!They also fill you up so I might do without the snacks and make me a tater instead! Tammy
 
:D I feel like I am on cloud 9 lol! I have my lowcalorie
pumpkin pie baking (peq's recipie)I just walked my 3 miles
the hilly side this time I did 30 crunches 30 siccors 25 squats
and 10 minutes eliptical(which was alot easier to do now than
a month ago)!! Ok I have 3 kids coming bright and early cuz
they are still off school because of voting & profesional development
day geeeeeesh! Ok till tomorrow, Tammy:D
 
Your doing great chicky...I love stoppin by and reading your diary...I got alot of exercise in and feel good as well...keep it up and hey *SSSHHH* on a secret note, I credit us more for having to try and do it around or family and kids, it makes it harder but it can be done...good for you Tammy...!!! 180 ... YES WAY TO GO!!! Now if I can just make it to 200...LOL...Im so proud of you :):):)COLOR]
