Thank you bunches begonesoon my day was boring but gr8!

"MIKE" Awww thats ok on the cheerleading part and my walk was great
I got 3 miles in and the weather was cool but not cold so I enjoyed it!:)
Hope your tired phase passes and your not catching a nasty bug.

"T2" LOL @ butt pumpkins I to hope my butt looks like that pumpkin lol!

Well Disney on ice tonight it should be neat I
hope I know the kids will like it!I love Monster's Inc anyway so
yay lol! My fave all time animated film has to be "NEMO"!
So maybe that will be in the making someday:) ,
besides that nothing else going on I will have to post exersice
later because if we don't get home to late I wanna go for a walk,
my darn bike is broke again:rolleyes: !
DAY71 BREAKFAST
hmmm could it be "breakfast in a bag (180 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
healthy made turkey sandwhich(170 cals 1 fat)+ 1 sm apple with tiny
spoonfull of reduce fat peanutbutter(130 cals 3 fat)
SNACK
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 breast patties(280 cals 8 fat)2 servings veggies
(70 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 special K strawberry snack bar(90 cals 1.5 fat)
I will record exercise later tonight after disney show:) ! Tammy

hey tammy... have fun at the show! Nemo is one of my favourites too.... hope you see nemo there, if he isn't there though, I highly doubt he will ever be.... pixar and disney had a falling out last year. Disney didn't think pixar was worth a raise, pixar said "fine, your all a buncha stupid poopies anyway." Disney pouted, and pixar found a new best friend....
 
Hello every1 I liked it alot oh and so did my kids when they
weren't asking for things every 5 minutes lol.My little guy
stared the whole time with his mouth open all those perrty
lights I guess.Lol and "BOO" was holding a stuffed "NEMO" at
the end.It was really neat. I walked 2.6 miles when I got home
didn't want to do to much being it was after 10pm.I didn't eat
the bad's I took me my 90 calorie special K bar.:) Tammy

Ok once again I am singing the tune of
"Rain Rain go away come again anotherday Tammy would like to
walk sometime today"! Weigh in day is tomorrow and I am hoping
for a better weigh in than the last 2 weeks I ate right all week
and did my exersices fingers are crossed! Yay trick or treat in
my neck of the woods is Sunday from 2pm-5pm the they have this
hayride face painting halloween costume contest at this huge park
by the river from 4pm-6pm free hotdogs and sprite for the kids should
be fun.Then on actual Halloween day we go to my aunts neck of the
woods for some nightime trick or treating which is much funner!
Yippee can't wait lol I am such a kid at time:D
Ok my darn bike is broke again and it's raining so what to do what to do
I'll figure out something I guess.

This weekend is going to be so tough because the last 2 I have spurged
but I really really want to see 180's so I can freaking do this no splurge
this weekend.I peaked on the scale and I think it's gonna be alot better
especially if I come up with some type of exersice to do tonight since
my bike is broke and it's raing lol I do own a elipitical but I am so weak
at that machine!:) :) Tammy
I walked in the pouring rain with umbrella and dog for 1 mile came home
did some dancing crunches and weights for about 30 minutes!Nighters

I just wanted to say that you are doing great!! You'll find something to do - can you jump rope in the house or what about hula hooping with the kids ;)

Oooh, or lay on your back and bend your knees and do leg lifts with the kids on top of your legs? Or leg wrestling with them or extended pillow fights or train through the house with you being the engine and they have to follow...hmmm...I'll try and think of more indoor workouts!

I don't believe in that no more lol! I am gonna get my hubby to fix
my bike when he gets home soon hopefully.Thanks for the suggestions
the kids on the legs is a kellier lol I think my legs are weak for some

I lost 2 lbs yay! I weigh 190.5 I need to keep at this I have 2 1/2
to get rid of by Tuesday!Heck I am happy just to see 180's soon I hope!
Trick or treat is Sunday so thats 3 hours of walking and carrying and
strolling my little guy while keeping up with my other 3 lol candy bootcamp
workout lol!Ok no cheating this weekend because I wanna get to 185 before I have a cheat meal/day I am tired of 190's!

Ok I am going in my bedroom to sweat all this extra food off I am going to dance
crunches jumping jacks some bikeing(hubby fixed it somewhat!)weights I will be locked
in for an hour jamming to NIN=NineInchNailsTonight wasn'ta complete disaster like usualy
I eat all day and night! I gotta lose 2 lbs by Halloween!Tammy
