Good afternoon every1 and thank you for the luck and support.
Why do I go to bingo the caller hates me he has to call 1# away
from what I need all night, lol so needless to say I am a loser at
BINGO but a WINNER on the scale this week. I weighed in at "198"
thats -5 lbs this week! I havent seen under '200" in 5 years then
that lasted a few months before regaining so under 200 was weigh
back in highschool! So this is big for me. I notice people like family/
friends I have been running into has commented and asked what
I am doing to lose like that simply watch calories&fat and walk and
willpower against those evil cravings!

I swear going from 255 to 198 makes ya feel like
your a size 2 lol! I looked in the mirror and reality kicked back in 48
more lbs then I can feel like a size 2 lol! Tammy
DAY48 BREAKFAST
2 bites of a unhealthy donut(60 cals? 4 fat?)may not be that much because they were small bites
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine pinni chicken club sandwhich and 10 grapes(420 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
1 pk reesse 100 cal snack mix(100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
Perkins chicken casadilla and 1/2 cup coke cola (650 cals ?bad fat)
1/2 of a little debbie brownie yeah celebrated too much(150 cals 12 fat)
I take my rest day and sometimes have a meal to on FRIDAYS only
if I lose and not gain.

A starving busy stressful day

Wow I didn't realize weekends can be so hectic! My fridge went out
so my mom said call like REnt A center and see about a repo one they
are like new and cheap well they had a nice stainless steal 1 for $300
on friday it was so gone by Saturday at 10 am geeeeesh, So I found
a scratch and dent modle for $354 at H.H GREG.Then I had a birthday
(childs)at 5 pm and a cardgame at 6:30 pm so I didn't eat or exersice
much I was soooooo busy then I trying to do this with 4 kids a sleeping
crabby hubby which by the argue argue argue! I am gonna hide and
take it easy on erron runnings and clean house eat my 3 meals
and 2 snacks and go for my 4 mile walk!
DAY49 BREAKFAST
you guessed it slept till 9 am then went frisge hunting and birthday/halloween decoration shopping!
LUNCH 3 PM (I know)
1 chciken fettichini weight watchers(280 cals 8 fat)
DINNER& SNACKS
a little debbie healthsmart granola oatmeal cream bar(110 cals 2.5 fat)
2 servings mixed veggies(60 cals 0 fat) 1 pk of reessee snack pk mix(100 cals 4 fat)1 pk of sugar free gum(25 cals 0 fat)1 teaspoon of preduce fat peanutbutter licked right off trhe spoon lol(45 cals 2 fat)I know doesn't add up to much but I was gone all day and refused to eat at any bad place including(SUBWAY) the sodium killer!I only walked about a mile long enough
to walk the dog but I did shop today! Have a good 1 all Tammy:)
 
Wow! It does sound like a hectic day! Sorry to hear about the arguing - that's never pleasant ;)

Have I asked you how tall you are? You and I are still really close! Every time I look at your ticker I think that could be mine!

It's always nice to see ya stop by! I am 5"4 I am thinking
150 may be a bit higher than what I am suppose to weigh but I am
big built to!How tall are you? I also last week didn't lose as much becuase
I had a couple slack days in the exersicing and I felt bloated!

I'm 5'8" almost 5'9

As for slacking weeks - we all have them, you are doing great though, 57 pounds gone is FANTABULOUS!!!
 
That was a crazy day, try to get some "me" time in today...if only in the bathroom. We moms have to get it when and where we can. lol

Ohappy I try to get some "me" time it is imposible! My hubby has to work
today so me and my brother had to move fridge old 1 on porch(gotta find
some1 to pick up) then we moved new 1 in he called at 9am ready to bring it
so I started cleaning then 1 by 1 kids woke up!
Funny you mentioned bathroon a couple nights ago I snuck down to take
a shower and I hear my (5 year) son outside of my shower asking if he can get in I tell hin NO get out let me have 5 minutes he says but mommy I am already naked! So needless to say I hopped out he hopped in same goes for peeing eating ect if it isnt baby crying kids fighting, or bugging phones ringing geeeesh!
I didnt leave my houe tho today lol~!
DAY50 BREAKFAST
my breakfast in a bag(thanks to my bubby waking me up)
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine chicken club pinni sandwhichw lettuce and mustard(310 cals 9 fat)
DINNER
1 piece chicken breast baked with lemon herb and 2 servings mix veggies and 1 bite
of mash potaoes and 1 bite of mac and cheese I made it so I figure I can taste it
(340 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 special K strawberry snack bar(90 cals 1.5 fat)
I walked the 3 mile floodwall moved furniture and did some major cleaning!

Hey girl thanks for stopping by my diary I am crossing fingers you may live near me and maybe we can get to walk together I want to try to get some of us close to each other in like a walking club or somthing!

I took my mom shopping for 2 hours , she moved in her house today it caught fire on May 27th and it is just now fixed back up before the holidays to!Anyway I found a mini trampoline and
I am gonna have a ball on it , I only paid $22!
I came home did 4 miles on my stationary bike 50 crunches 3 reps of 25 different arm exersices
using 5lb weights, and I hopped on the mini tramp doing like a twist like motion for a few minutes just to test it.
Not too bad for getting in late. Tammy`

Hey girl! I know the feeling about bathroom invasions. My daughter still does that to me. I swear she saves up all of her questions until I get in the shower. :rolleyes: I've told her unless you are bleeding do NOT talk to me from the bathroom door NOR can you come in. A mommy has to have SOMETHING!

Just today I'm in the shower and she's at the door yelling for me to come out and see her do the Macarena (sp?) in her Asian Princess Halloween costume!!! :rolleyes: :rolleyes: Did I NOT make myself clear???? :( :( :p

Well today I found willpower thank god! I heard the words Olive
Garden(pasta place) and I couldn't get it out of my head so I call
my mom and told her to get ready we will go out to eat before we go
to the grocery store.Needless to say I called her back and said nevermind
I can't do this maybe on Friday if I weigh in and the scale is good
I might eat out then so I fixed me a weight watchers chciken
fettichinni and it took that craving away for pasta!Geeeesh that was
hard.
DAY 52 BREAKFAST

weight watcher cookie doe sunday(omg these are to die for)(170 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
southbeach turkey club wraps w/mustard(250 cals 13 fat)
DINNER
1 weight watcher fettichini chicken(280 cals 8 fat)2 servings mix veggies(90 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 slim fast peanutbutter crunch(120 cals 4 fat)
I did 20 minutes on my bike(6 miles)10 minutes on trampoline and 50 situps and some weights Thats about it Tammy
