Ok I went out to eat!!!!

Postin late it's about 12:30 am anyhoot I woke up had my breakfastin a bag! Then we went to "O"Charlies(steakhouse) I didn't do horrible but could of been worse.First we ate around 4:30(early) I had 1 mountaindew (water for my refill) 1 dinneroll with butter 2 tator skins with the baconbits cheese sour cream , a bowl of potatoe soup and a grilled chicken breast club sandwhich which has bacon cheese and grilled breast and mayo1I didn't have desert and I didn't eat anything else the rest of the day because that meal was probally around 1,000(easily).I went shopping for 3 hours(walking) and as soon as I got home I grabbed my dog and went to the floodwall and walked my hiny off lol!I had tons of water to.So overall I don't think that was horrible, I actually felt like I had a ton of energy so maybe once a month I can go out to eat somewhere and have somewhat a little controll.

Here's what I would of ordered if I wasn't trying to change my ways.
Tator skins for appetizer I would eat 3-4 then my potatoe soup 3 refills of mountaindew aprox 3-4 dinner rolls and the steak that comes with a loaded bake potatoe and at times I would get the oreo cookie desert!Wow I was a pig lol I was actually full 1/2 way through my sandwhich.
Ok that's all for now heres my menue for today!

DAY22 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag (140 cals 5 fat)
Snacks
NONE!!!!!!!!!!
LUNCH/DINNER
1 mountain dew (250 cals)
1 dinneroll (120 ?)
1 bowl of potatoe soup (350 ?)
1 chicken club sand (450-550?)
2 tatorskins (250?)
so overall around 1300-1400 caloreis the sad thing is that was mainly in 1 sitting!I eat alot of 300 calories ready to go meals so thats= to 4 dinners lol!
I walked the floodwall very very fast even jogged a little (3miles)
shopped 3 hours (walk walk walk)
I drank a toooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnn of water!
Ok I will update with a healthier menue tomorrow have a great weekend!

Yay Fireworks tonight!

Ok not much to report but woke up happy because I took that walk lastnight!
Fireworks are tonight and Grill out at mother N laws house so me and my 4 kids are strolling out!My husband has to work late so he is missing out on everything.My menue is planned already beause mother N law knows I am dieting so she's also grilling chicken Breast and making greenbeans for muwah!I am going to take me a slimfast snack bar for later on after dinner and I am taking my water bottles to!
Ok on with........................DAY23 BREAKFAST
1 southbeach cereal bar ( 140 calories 4 fat)
LUNCH
about 10 huge green grapes and a lean cuisine Panini chicken club sandwhich
(370 cals 10 fat)
SNACK
2 pieces of hard sugar free hard candy carmel (20 cals 2 fat)
DINNER
1 1/2 piece of chicken breast and 2 servings of green beans and 1 table spoon of mash potatoes.
SNACK
didn't get to take a snack and there was junk foods at mothernlaws so NO snacks!
AND LAST WATER WATER WATER!As for exersice my legs are traveling to mother n laws with 4 kids lol and then walking down to the fireworks and then walking back to mother n laws and back home so I will be walking all day oh and playing cornhole/corntoss game alot of standing bending down so fun exersice today!Have a gr8 day every1!Tammy:)

You did a SPECTACULAR JOB on Saturday!!! Great self control - more than I could have had!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!! SUPER JOB! :D
 
Ok an late up date I did very good ate what I said we even walked back to my mother in laws after fireworks and every1 started going for the baked goods , chips and dip ect and it actually didnt bother me I popped a peice of sugar free candy to kill the hungry pain.I ddidnt get my snacks like I wanted to eat because I was out all day and it would have got smached so my calories were low for the day but 1 day isn't going to kill me!
Thanks for the support all and I am off to try turkey dogs tomorrow I love trying new foods that isn't gross lol!Tammy

DAY 24 BREAKFAST
1/2 bag of special k vanilla cereal bites (45 cals 1 fat)too tied to eat lol
Lunch
1 lean cusine chciken pinini chicken ckub sand(320 cals 7 fat)
SNACK
1 weightwatchers cookie doe sunday(wow and yum)(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
lean cuisine lasagna with 2 mini breaded chicken breast(280 cals 8 fat)and 2 servings of greenbeans (60 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
about 12 green grapes (?????????)
I am going to walk floodwall (3 miles)and stationary bike (3 miles) and some tummy exersice and hand weights to.I am on abot 72 ounces of water and the day/night is young lol!Tammy:)

BTW, you have question marks next to the grapes in your menu...when I looked them up before, it said 3 calories each:) Hope that helps!
 
:) Thank's everyone for the support!!!You all are very motivating, and thank you a bunch for the grape calories beacuse I had no clue so 12 grapes aren't that bad especially for my last snack of the night.Tammy

Diva those weight watchers derserts are awesomely
good! I like to have 1 inbetween lunch and dinner for
my 1st snack then a much healthier snack after dinner
and before 8-9 oclock such as grapes,apple ff jello1
But they are a must have for a sweet tooth without
guilt.I also have the double chocholate cake that
I haven't tried yet(150 cals 3 fat)!

ok onto DAY 25 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag (140 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 southbeach turkey club wraps w ff jello (250 cals (13 fat)
SNACK
weight watcher giant oreo cookie ice cream on a stick(140 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
a descent size bowl of chicken salad no bread crackers just plain and
2 servings of french style green beans(300 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
12 grapes (36 cals o fat) 1 pk special k snack bites (90 cals 2 fat)
I drank tons of water as usual and only walked about a mile 1/2 around town and did 6 miles on stationary bike and 85 situps(50 in the day 35 at night)did about 10 minutes in weights not a whole lot like I wanted !
I am shooting for floodwall= 6 miles on bike and my situps?My tummy needs xtra work!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for everyone stopping by and supporting me you all ROCK!!!!! Tammy:)
 
Man, those WW desserts sounds so good; I wish I could buy them up here:(
