Diva those weight watchers derserts are awesomely
good! I like to have 1 inbetween lunch and dinner for
my 1st snack then a much healthier snack after dinner
and before 8-9 oclock such as grapes,apple ff jello1
But they are a must have for a sweet tooth without
guilt.I also have the double chocholate cake that
I haven't tried yet(150 cals 3 fat)!
ok onto DAY 25 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag (140 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 southbeach turkey club wraps w ff jello (250 cals (13 fat)
SNACK
weight watcher giant oreo cookie ice cream on a stick(140 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
a descent size bowl of chicken salad no bread crackers just plain and
2 servings of french style green beans(300 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
12 grapes (36 cals o fat) 1 pk special k snack bites (90 cals 2 fat)
I drank tons of water as usual and only walked about a mile 1/2 around town and did 6 miles on stationary bike and 85 situps(50 in the day 35 at night)did about 10 minutes in weights not a whole lot like I wanted !
