Um, today was bad... because of ice cream cake... at work... I had a horrible night at work and food was my friend ... :(, but I still think the calories are acceptable, a little higher than I would like, still acceptable, but I need to work on them, and water and exercise were awesome!

2 whole wheat pita pizzas with pepperoni, bacon, and broccoli.
Chicken strips basket with broccoli and fries, ketchup, honey mustard sauce.
Whole wheat turkey, bacon, mozzarella, pepper jack, lettuce tomato melt.
Serving 1/12's of ice cream cake... I had roughly 3-4 servings? I counted calories for 4.
Daily calorie total: 2740 calories.
Exercise: 55 minute hi-def sculpt cardio workout with light weights.
Water: 10 glasses.
Worked: 7.87 hours.

...and I just noticed I didn't eat any fruit... :(

My calories were around 2684 yesterday, but I had a lot of issues with yesterday though.

This is what I ate:
Hard salami and mozzarella on whole wheat roll.
Cheesy fiesta potatoes and chicken gordita.
1/2 of a ice cream sundae.
1/2 of a coke.
Big piece of lasagna with a glass of pepsi.
Small piece of lasagna later with a glass of pepsi.

Everything I could have done wrong yesterday, I did do wrong yesterday, except, I...

Drank 9 glasses of water.

and...

Did 15 minutes of cardio overdrive, felt like I was going to die, cried my eyes out because "I'm too fat to do it", my words.... I don't feel that way now, after talking with my hubby about it... anyway then I did the 55 minute high-def sculpt workout with light weights right after that 15 minutes, I really love the high-def sculpt, because it's easy for me, but not too easy because I work up a huge sweat, and it's not too fast for me to do. Anyway... 70 minute workout.

We also went shopping for 5 hours... lol, we lost track of the time!!!

Well done on the 2lbs :party: you must be doing something right if the weight is still coming off so dontbeat yourself up abt a few wee indulgences. Count them as treats and move on to the next day :D

Keep up the great work you're doing with your exercise!! Oh yeah and dont ever feel crap abt weighing yourself - you do all the hard work then you should damn well get to see the results when you want to!

Over the years I've done a lot of international business travel -and the ingredients for s'mores are something I've always had in my bag for the customers I was going to visit... I couldn't imagine being a girl scout without smores.. :D

S: Fudge/caramel fudge sickle. 57 calories.
S: Small salad and a cup chicken noodle soup. 748 calories.
D: Chicken burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mustard, on whole wheat bread. 620 calories.
S: S'more. 180 calories.
S: Piece of chocolate. 85 calories.
Calories total: 2481.
Water: 8 glasses.
Exercise: 55 minutes high-def sculpt with light weights.
 
Ok, so my knee joints, and right above my knee have been absolutely killing me for the past week or so, but more so the past two days, I didn't exercise yesterday and I can't get motivated enough to do it today either, and I have to leave for work in a hour, so, I don't even have time to if my knees started to feel better anyway... I need to stop waking up at 11-1 in the afternoon!

What can I do about the pain? Better yet, what's causing the pain? Does the pain mean I'm doing something right, or wrong during the lunges? *sighs*.

I've also been having problems with access bruising on my arms and legs. Anyone else having this similar problem?

Well here's my calories and stuff for yesterday.

English muffin, the equivalence of two large banana's (that's how big it was). 432 calories.
1oz pork chop, 2 servings of peas, 2 servings of pasta. 541 calories.
Chicken strip basket with ranch, loads of broccoli, and lemonade. 780 calories.
Whole wheat pita pizza. 305 calories.
Fudge sickle. 57 calories.
Daily calories total: 2115 calories.
Water: 8 glasses.
Worked: 7.50 hours.
Exercise: None.

My knee really hurts too if I run or even walk too far. I can't really do anything high impact if I want to walk the next morning. I do yoga or ballet type stuff and short cardio. Is there anywhere you can swim?

It looks like you're doing good. Look at your meal choices now versus when you started out. That's a big accomplishment!

2 hot dogs on bread with mustard. 480 calories.
Fudge sickle. 57 calories.
Chocolate. 85 calories.
Pepsi. 100 calories.
Banana. 181.5 calories.
Chicken strips with ranch and 2 servings of broccoli. 680 calories.
Crunchwrap supreme, cheesy fiesta potatoes and lemonade. 1090 calories.
Total calories: 2673.5 calories.
Water: 8 glasses.
Work: 5.50 hours.
Exercise: 25 minutes of high-def sculpt with light weights.

I got off my butt and did 25 minutes after work tonight! Though my knees are still killing me...

Tacobell... is my enemy at the moment...and chocolate... and my hubby accidentally poured me a glass of Pepsi when he got himself some when all I asked for was ice for my water...... so I drank it :(... so everything is my enemy today.. but I'm proud that I still stayed around my calorie range.

Saturday:
English muffin with some cream cheese, 3 turkey sausage links and a medium banana.
Lunchable thingy with turkey, cheese, crackers, mini butterfinger.
Smore.
Chicken strips and 2 servings of broccoli, 4 oz lemonade.
1/2 ground chicken burger with mozzarella, lettuce and tomato, 4 oz coke.
3 scoops of ice cream with almonds and toppings.
Calorie total: Estimated 2835, not entirely sure on the calories of the ice cream...
Water: 8 glasses.
Exercise: 25 minutes.
Work: 8 hours.
 
At this point I don't even remember what I ate on Sunday, and today was just so horrible I don't even want to post here what I ate, I don't think I could have eaten anything less nutritious than I ate today! First off, today was Hubby's birthday... and it should not have been a day to gorge myself! Tomorrow he wants to go out to Chinese, and I want to too... so Wednesday and the rest of the week has to be excellent or else, and tomorrow will be fruit and veggies, some protein in the morning, lots of water, and I will only eat until I'm full and no more tomorrow at dinner! I want to lose at least a pound this week, not GAIN any...!!!

Today:
Small piece of boston creme cake.
Small piece of ice cream cake.
1/2 medium piece of chocolate cake with walnuts.
Small sliver of watermelon ice cream roll.
---------------------- One sitting!

2 pieces of honey oat bread melts with ham, 2 slices turkey, 3 slices salami and 3 slices of cheddar, plus 2 pieces of bacon.
---------------------- Plus 1 piece turkey, 3 pieces buffalo chicken, 1 piece of salami while making the melts.

1 medium piece of chocolate cake.
1 small piece of boston creme cake.
---------------------- *SIGHS*...

NO EXERCISE, OR YESTERDAY...

NO WORK...
9 glasses of WATER.

I wouldn't be surprised if I gained 5lbs!!!

Also, I forgot to do my weigh in for a challenge today!!! *sigh*
 
Wednesday:
English muffin with ham, egg, cheese, bacon, a banana and oj.
Bagel sandwich with peppercorn turkey, cheese, and bacon.
Chicken strip basket with 2 sides of broccoli.
Whole wheat pita pizza with 2 pieces of broccoli, 1/2 ounce pepperoni, ounce of mozzarella, 1/4 c. sauce, and 1/2 tbsp of parmesan.
Kid size milkshake and few chocolate cake crumbs...
1985 calories.
Water: 8 glasses.
Exercise: None, again.
Work: 7 hours.

Um, I guess I did ok for day 1 back on track after a two day splurge... though this is day 4 of no exercise and I have no motivation whatsoever to start doing it again...

I seriously feel like throwing in the towel....

I think I did decent today.

French toast bites with applesauce and sausage.
Honey BBQ super melt with broccoli.
4 hard shelled tacos with ground turkey.
2690 calories.
Water: 8 glasses.
Exercise: 25 minutes.
Worked: 7.15 hours.

The only issues I have with today is that I wish my calories were like 200 calories shorter, and I think I could have made some better food choices...
 
Yesterday:
Super melt: cheese, bacon, salami, ham, ranch on bread, and applesauce.
Fried chicken salad with egg, ranch, and broccoli.
Watermelon sherbet with almonds on top.
Whole wheat pita pizza.
2 scoops of chocolate almond chip ice cream.
Total calories: 2884.

Exercise: None.
Work: 8.50 hours.
Water: 7 glasses.

Without the ice cream at the end of the night and no sherbet and just almonds it would have been 2424 calories, which would have been good... oh well, guess I just need to try harder to get this week back on track!

Oh... and adding 10 calories to that for two sticks of sugar free gum, so it's 2894... total for yesterday! I'm trying sugar free gum as a "hunger" suppressant... *shrugs*

Crunchwrap supreme, cheesy fiesta potatoes, beef chalupa, frutista freeze. 1480 calories.
Daily total: 2915 calories.
Water: 10 glasses.
Exercise: 55 minutes.
Worked: 8.20 minutes.

Sunday:
Cantaloupe, 1 piece of turkey sausage, o.j. 211 calories.
Hot dog and broccoli. 470 calories.
Lasagna. 1160 calories.
Ice cream. 240 calories.
Daily total: 2081.
Water: 8 glasses.
Exercise: None.
Worked: 7 hours.

I reported for a challenge a weight gain of 3lbs, however, I'm not changing my ticker because I refuse to accept that weight gain due to the fact I just started my period and that's most likely why it's showing weight gain, so afterward, I'll update my ticker when I can be sure of an accurate updated weight.

Exercise: 25 minute cardio, lifted 15lb weights: did 50 reps in different positions, 10 minutes?, went to work for 7.50 hours, did 20 sit ups, and 20 push ups after work, about 5 minutes?

I ate:
B: Cheerios with watermelon and cantaloupe with vanilla yogurt on top, kind of like a fruit parfait. 519 calories.
S: Banana with 3 pieces of turkey sausage. 321 calories.
L: Fruit and walnut salad and a mcchicken with 1/2 tsp of mayo added at home. 536 calories.
S: Ritz, ham and cheese. 140 calories.
D: Small side salad, applesauce, and a 1/2 stuffed pepper with brown rice, bacon, ricotta, cheddar, and chicken. 541 calories.
Total calories today: 2057 calories.

I feel like today went perfectly fine (even with a little mcd's)! :D
 
Yesterday looked like:
Water: 9 glasses.
Exercise: Worked 7 hours.

Foods:
B: Graham cracker, 3 pieces of sausage and a banana.
L: 2 cups of fruit, vanilla yogurt, bagel w/ cream cheese.
S: Bowl of chicken noodle soup.
D: BLT sandwich with french fries dipped in ranch.

2103 calories in total.
 
I weigh 289lbs!!!! :D First mini goal weight achieved! With all the bad days I've been having I'm really surprised!!
