Lunch: Whole wheat wraps with turkey, ham, salami, cheese, and ranch, pomegranate juice.
Snack: Slimfast and a banana.
Snack: Small salad with egg, cheese and ranch.
Dinner: Whole wheat mac n' cheese, chicken, broccoli and green tea.
Snack: Raspberry swirl frozen yogurt.
Water: 4 glasses.
Exercise: None, I woke up too late in the day, and didn't have enough time before work....
Work: 6 hours.

... I just don't know what else to eat for dinner, I'm always hungry after work, but it's always so late at night that I don't even think I should eat anything at all, and I definitely don't feel like cooking after work, what to do?
