Lunch: Whole wheat wraps with turkey, ham, salami, cheese, and ranch, pomegranate juice.

Snack: Slimfast and a banana.

Snack: Small salad with egg, cheese and ranch.

Dinner: Whole wheat mac n' cheese, chicken, broccoli and green tea.

Snack: Raspberry swirl frozen yogurt.

Water: 4 glasses.

Exercise: None, I woke up too late in the day, and didn't have enough time before work.... :(

Work: 6 hours.

I only did 20 minutes of cardio... because I'm am having cramping due to my period. My Hubby suggested that I do more even though I'm in pain because it will happen 5 days a month, but tomorrow I'll remember to take some pain reliever or midol before I exercise. I know he's trying to be supportive, but, it hurts too much to do any more today. I guess I just need to hear "at least you worked up a sweat doing 20 minutes, than not doing any" instead of "you should try to do more even though your in pain"... maybe I'm just PMSy. To top it off, there's no chocolate in the house, minus frozen yogurt... but that doesn't sound good... although I have to work tonight and there's tons of chocolate goodies there...*sigh* I hate my period because I want chocolate!!! Should I allow myself a peanut butter cup with 90 calories today? Will that lead to two peanut butter cups, or three peanut butter cups, or four, or five? *sighs*...is a couple ok?

EDIT: I did about 10 more minutes of cardio, I would have got more than that, but my Son dropped a weight on my foot because I was trying to get it away from him (he's 1).

Lunch: English muffin with tuna, cheese, garlic and herb cheese spread and pomegranate juice. 500 calories.
Dinner: Chicken tendercrisp, no mayo, plus cheddar cheese with half of a king french fry, no salt added, 2 servings lemonade. 1150 calories.
Snack: Chocolate cake for Mother's day, glass of milk. 380 calories.
Daily total: 2030 calories.

Water: 3 glasses.
Exercise: 30 minutes, break, than 10 more minutes.
Worked: 5.45 hours.

I'm not actually sure how many calories I ate today. My day was so messed up, and I'm totally depressed today, but at the same time pretty excited about one thing!

I ate: Ham, salami, cheese, garlic and herb cheese spread sandwich, 2 servings of green tea, piece of chocolate cake, 1 chicken strip at work, glass of lemonade, 6" homemade pizza, ice cream cone.

Um, if I had to guess on how many calories I had, I would have to say... roughly around 2700.

I drank 7 glasses of water today, and I didn't have time to do any cardio, but I worked for 9.50 hours today, on my feet the entire time, with no break.

I'm not real happy about my food choices today, but I will do better tomorrow.

Now for the excitement! Last time I used my belt, it was difficult, and not comfortable to wear it on the first hole (loosest setting) in the belt, but today I was able to wear it comfortably on the FOURTH hole!!! :D :D :D Visible progress is awesome!!! :party:

Hi Tamara, It is good for you to have a weight loss diary. I hope you can progress on what you've start and be determine to finished it at the end. I suggest you to start cut taking carbohydrates and sugar little by little.

Here's how today looked:
Lunch: 6" homemade pizza.
Snack: Piece of cake... which eating right lately is not! :(
Snack: Slimfast, banana, and a small salad.
Dinner: 2 Breakfast Burritos.
Drinks: Lemonade.
Water: 7 glasses.
Exercise: 40 minutes.
Work: 6.50 hours.
Daily calories total: Roughly 3159. YIKES!!!!!!!!

I need to start planning my meals a little more in advance, not just figuring it out when I'm hungry, and I really want to try to eat 5 times a day in total counting my meals and snacks together.

Today was weigh in day, though I did keep in mind that I'm on my period, but I still lost 1lb!! :D A few days after my period (unless too close to next Monday) I might weigh in again for a more accurate weight, if for nothing else but my own sanity, lol.

So I cheated...

Not with food, but the scale.

But I'm happy to report that I'm officially under 300lbs as of this morning!

I'm super excited!!!

But it's almost 12:30 and I want to get some exercise in today before work! So I'll report back later! But this is so awesome for me that I had to share it with somebody and hubby is resting because he didn't get much sleep last night.
 
Lunch: 3 pieces of turkey sausage with ketchup, piece of toast with butter, 1/2 blueberry yogurt, a banana, 16 animal crackers, and pomegranate juice. 721 calories.
Snack: Chocolate cake. 340 calories.
Snack: Slimfast, small salad, 3 chicken strips. 833 calories.
Dinner: Whopper no mayo, 10 french fries with no salt added, lemonade. 787 calories.

Daily total calories: 2686.

Water: 2 glasses... :banghead:
Exercise: 55 minutes.
Work: 6.50 hours.

Oh man... whopper sounds amazzzzzing... :( I went cold turkey on fast food, and if I touch it, I'll pig out. So you enjoy the whoppers for me, lol. :)

and Get your WATER in lady!
 
Trust me, you don't want one, I feel like crap today after eating it and eating the fried chicken strips :puke:... I just don't know what else to eat for dinner, I'm always hungry after work, but it's always so late at night that I don't even think I should eat anything at all, and I definitely don't feel like cooking after work, what to do?

Maybe I could have a sandwich for dinner instead of at lunch and eat what I would have had for lunch for dinner? lol, now I've confused myself... :confused:
 
My dinners are generally the unhealthiest thing I eat in the day for the same reason. I can't be bothered cooking up something after my day is done. However, they've gotten better as of late.

Some days I just microwave up something canned (like soup or chili). Those are the days I'm not too happy about. On our days off we try to cook up something that will leave us with leftovers. That usually gets us at least one more dinner each or we'll barbecue up some steak, chicken or fish. None of that takes more than 10-15 minutes to prepare and cook.
 
Well at least I'm not alone :)... I'll figure something out.

Although I'm having another problem too... I really want to exercise mentally, but physically I feel like crap and don't want to move at all, a little has to do with some joint pain in my knees and hips, and lower back pain, and some of it has to do with just wanting to rest... any suggestions? When I told Hubby "I don't feel like exercising" he snapped at me with "that's up to you"... *sigh*...
 
Breakfast: Cheerios w/ milk, a banana, and orange juice. 530.5 calories.
Lunch: Whole wheat salad wraps with chicken, sausage and black beans, lettuce, green pepper, radishes, celery, carrots, crutons and ranch. 669 calories.
Snack: Tangerine, string cheese, yogurt, and slimfast. 375 calories.
Dinner: Whole wheat pita pizza. 267 calories.
Desert: Ice cream sundae concoction. 500 calories?
Water: 4 glasses.
Exercise: 15 minutes of dancing with my Son.
Worked: 7 hours.
Daily calories: 2164.5.

I don't even want to talk about it, I probably gained two pounds with the ice cream sundae...though I only had 10 bites or so and I don't have a clue how many calories were in it.

Lunch: McDonald's grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, with a Dr. Pepper. 510 calories.
Snack: Turkey and ham with mozzarella cheese on a whole wheat bagel, pomegranate juice. 400 calories.
Snack: 1/2 medium banana. 52.5 calories.
Snack: String cheese. 80 calories.
Dinner: 2 turkey hot dogs with ketchup and mustard, whole wheat mac n' cheese, corn in butter sauce, watermelon, honeydew, banana mixture. 1164 calories... and it took me an hour and a half to eat it!
Water: 10 glasses.
Exercise: 15 minutes intense for me cardio, 15 minutes less intense cardio, I wanted to do more, but I'm really tired. Plus another 40 minutes about a half hour later!! I'm feeling good, feel like I could even do more!! Though my lower back hurts a bit, so I'll just do more tomorrow morning.
Work: None, but went shopping for 5 hours, of which, I was mostly on my feet.
Daily total: 2176.5 calories.

Oh, by the way, the other day I noticed that I could afford to tighten my belt one more notch, and it still be comfy, which is the last one on the belt! It's either time for a new belt, or adding another notch in the belt, hehe.

I THINK THAT TODAY WAS AWESOME!!! :D

People in my house are pissing me off, someone got in to my $5 garlic and herb cheese spread!!! I live with my in laws, but people who don't live here or that aren't even related come in and out of this house on a daily basis... we use the right side of the fridge, and they use the left side... maybe I should write our name on our food? My hubby doesn't touch it because he knows it's to give me some deliciousness to my sandwiches... *sigh*... :rant:

I did want to mention that I went shopping for workout clothes, meaning for them to be tightish on me...and I thought I bought 18/20, but I bought 16/18 for the shorts, 20 for a tightish top, and 18/20 for a black tank that fits me pretty good, I think, but I still probably wouldn't wear it in public, and the shorts are a comfortable, but still a tightish fit... normally shorts and tees that I would buy was 26/28 shorts/pants, and 24/26 tops.... so, I'm excited! :willy_nilly:

Snack: Cereal bar.
Dinner: 2 whole wheat pita pizzas, and a Dr. Pepper.
Water: 2 glasses... *sigh*:(
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio (I've been doing it with light weights everytime now).
Daily calorie total: 1505... (super low today, and I'm not hungry at all).

Exercise: 55 minutes.
Work: 7 hours.

Soda is EVIL! :reddevil:

All in all, I think today was pretty good.
