Can I just say...yesterday was no good! I almost went to Burger King for breakfast, then I changed my mind and backed out of the drive thru! I guess that's a victory. I really wanted a croissant sandwich....I still do, but I'm not caving after my day yesterday.
Bfast--Kix Cereal
Lunch--mac n cheese (not even 1/2 C), roast, peas
dinner--1slice of pizza, nachos (about 6 tortilla chips with cheese, ground turkey)
dessert--about 1/2 c plain m&m's
how horrible! the healthiest thing I had was ground turkey

I doubt it was over 1300 calories, but it's still not good. I was holding onto water weight today and weighed in at 161

I need to drink to flush it out
exercise-
I was a total slacker, didn't go to the gym. I did 50 crunches, and about 10 min of free weights
DH went grocery shopping last night, but all I've eaten so far is a handful of M&M's. Why did I ask him to buy those?!?!? I"m going to make some coffee, clean, and eat a proper breakfast, and no more M&M's!!! what a way to start SB diet
