Haha, jeff, I actually hate rollerblading but am trying it out because the hubby enjoys it, I'm very unbalanced.
-->Went for 10 minutes on a bike (just around the neighborhood) and yikes, I need to get into that, I am pooped. I figured biking would be easier than blading.
Well going to go eat some protein ish things...still waiting for the supply list lady to call...lol

Well almost - the site says 30 minutes I did 27 (leaving out one round of walking and one of running) but considering running kills my knees and ankles I think I did awsome!
