Sunshine's Diary - lets give it a shot

Oh Boy! A Stag and Doe is a big party your wedding party throws for you to earn you $$ (usually goes towards your honeymoon) You charge about a $10 entry (people often buy tickets just to support you and don't come). You sell cheap booze and play money games like "Throw a toonie at the alcohol bottle - whoever is closest wins" etc.

It's usually a ton of fun and lots of drunkenness ;)

Been out and about ALL day today with my mom - went to Curves (5 times this week total) I love it!

~Nicole~

Great job on the losing 2 pounds! I also need to work on my nutrition..I almost always blow my good day at dinner time or after. grrr!

Well the 2 pounds seemed to only be for that day -I'm back up - but I HAVE been having some bad food days so hopeuflly I can fix that up good this week. No CURVES on Sundays (they're not open). But I did go five days this week, hoping I can do it again next week - they say you see results quickly (3 weeks) so woohoo for that.
Food yesterday (I'm writing out the crap I ate so I can LOOK at it) lol

Breakfast:
Sausage/2eggs/hashbrowns/toast/hot chocolate (at a restaurant)

Lunch:
Ice Cream (mint chocolate chip) ? - breakfast was at 11 so it was a mix of both meals

Dinner:
Slice of pizza
Kraft dinner (small bowl)
Popcorn
Licorice (at the theatre)
Coke (LOTS)

**Yikes** I had some pizza the day before too - I need to snap myself back into gear - grocery shopping is in the plan for tomorrow - we're running out of healthy snacks around here

~Nic~

Breakfast:
Bagle/Cream Cheese (not a great choice)
Large Earl Grey Tea (YUM)

**Heading out to CURVES in about half an hour (once I'm sure no supply calls are coming in). Hoping to officially sign up today- as I was on a trial before*

GOAL: (inspired by Kezzy)

Drink 2 L of water today! I'm going to go fill up a piture and hope it is empty by the end of the day!

CURVES was good - I rocked out hard! lol. since i officially signed up they did my measurements etc - It's nice to have it all written out so I can check up on it after a couple of weeks :D

~Nicole~

yay for exercise!!! we seem to both be on the same track - we are working out just fine and making those goals, but can't seem to get our food down right =) hehehe...

Sometimes its easiest to work on one goal at a time... like nailing exercise for a few weeks in a row... but it is frustrating at the same time when you put in so much work and the food you eat throws it off again.

Keep it up babe!

by the way - i couldn't find you on facebook.. try adding me "katie ziskovsky" - much easier to find!

Haha - I'm sure Johnston comes up quite a bit on facebook.

It's true about the working on exercise but ruining it with food. I'm hoping that by the end of June the exercise will come naturally and then I can focus more on the food - part of my problem also comes from not grocery shopping - which I plan to go do today - when we run low on good food I eat junky food...bad plan ;)

Heading out to CURVES in a little bit (didn't go yesterday so I have to go the rest of the week, lol)

~Nicole~

I've been neglecting to set many goals lately - other than CURVES 4-5 times a week, so here goes: I MUST Drink 2 litres of water every day! I have a 2 litre piture that I can fill up so I will drink from that all day - wish me luck!

~Nicole~

WooHoo! Curves - done :), and grocery shopping - DONE :). So far so good

Food:
PB on toast
Egg on Toast (kind of two breakfasts but whatever) lol
10 oz of water :D

I had a good water day today!! Filling the piture in the fridge is helping - it sets a goal of finishing by tthe end of the day! (Which I already have!) Woohoo!

~Nic~

I definitely just kicked my butt into going to CURVES - I was going to skip it with the excuse that I did go 3 times this week - but my goal is 4-5, so I made myself go! I'm glad I did - now i'm all hot and sweaty though - need to shower! lol

~Nic~

CURVES TODAY :D - AND drank lots of water!

HOwever had a bad food day - again, I really need to get ON THAT! Or curves isn't going to do a whole lot for me. lol.

Risking going to the beach tomorrow - yuck to bathing suits!

Wow! It sounds like you are doin really great! I need to come read your diary more often to keep me motivated, too. I have been so busy, but I have missed you all. How is the teaching going?

Hey! I'm definitely doing great with the exercise - but the food choices are not so good - I need to smarten up!! lol.
Haven't done much teaching lately - but that's okay I enjoy the days off ;)

OK eating for the last two days still not GREAT but not BAD either, lol. I'm hoping to do well today -going to CURVES this morning too (that will = 4 times this week!) So I'm still doing well with stickign to that - I just hope there are some results when it coems to measuring time in two weeks or I will be overly disapointed, lol

~Nic~

Great job sticking to the curves thing! Doesn't it feel awesome when you force yourself to go and meet your 4-5 times a week goal and come back all sweaty? I love it! I really like your pitcher of water idea..it's a great way to know exactly how much you've drank and how much you still need to drink. great work with everything!

WEnt to curves this morning - it was really really busy! But I made sure to work hard! lol. At mine we do the circuit 2 times and then 3 extra machines so I'm thinking my new goal will be to try doing an extra 2 machines on top of the 3 - just for an added punch to the workout since I am not usually on a time constraint.
Goal 2- drink more water - I know this is constantly my goal but I need to get in the habit of following it!

omg - just cleaned our 50 gallon fish tank - now THAT was a workout! I am ooozing sweat, lol. Carrying large buckets of water up and down the stairs - my arms will be HUGE ;)

lol - way to go!

after a week or two mia = i'm back and ready to go... i'm packing my lunches and eating smart and trying to be good!!!
